According to Baidu Encyclopedia, Beizhen is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, formerly known as Beining City. Located in the west of Liaoning Province, at the east foot of Yiwulu Mountain. It is a national excellent leisure and holiday tourist city, a national key scenic spot, a national culturally advanced county and a national health city.

There are many tourist attractions in Beizhen, among which some famous attractions include: Beizhen Temple, Yiwulu Mountain National Forest Park, Qingyan Temple, Beizhen Drum Tower, Beizhen Museum, Daluhua Scenic Area and Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area.
