Characteristics of 4r Education Theory
With the deepening of teaching research, western teaching and curriculum theory began to consciously explore the bright spots of curriculum and teaching wisdom in eastern culture, trying to find the intersection of eastern and western cultures in the field of curriculum and teaching research, and finally achieve the goal of convergence and integration. Physical education is an integral part of school education. In the current wave of promoting quality education in China, physical education teachers have conducted a lot of experimental research on different teaching modes in order to improve the quality of physical education, such as happy teaching [1-3], heuristic teaching [4], cooperative learning [5], hierarchical small group teaching [6-7], subjective teaching [8] and trial teaching. And the innovation of teaching mode under the guidance of different theories [10- 13] However, many physical education teachers are influenced by traditional physical education teaching concepts, and physical education teaching is mostly too traditional and single, and teaching has become a pure imitation exercise of "teachers teach students to learn". How to further improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, so that the characteristics and functions of sports events can be fully reflected in the physical education classroom, puts forward higher requirements for the existing physical education teaching model in China. Combined with the exploration of teaching mode under the background of Chinese and western education, based on the practical problems in the field of curriculum and teaching research in China, we should discard the traditional curriculum and teaching ideas in China and adopt a sublation attitude towards western teaching and curriculum theory, so as to "take me as the main and serve us".

Based on this situation, with the rapid development of post-modern curriculum concept, this paper chooses Dole's "4R Theory" and its core value, and draws lessons from it to give many new inspirations to physical education, so as to further improve the heuristic physical education teaching model.

2 Dole's "4R" theory embodies the value of heuristic physical education teaching mode.
