From September 4th, 20 14 to 14 10/6, I conducted a six-week educational internship in urban primary schools. The basic contents of my internship include five parts: classroom teaching, the work of class teacher, educational investigation, the integration of information technology and curriculum, and the guidance of research-based learning curriculum. I have mainly done the following work:

(1) Class teacher's work: in two weeks, guide students to complete the class meeting with the theme of "Honesty is in my heart" and organize class friendly matches.

(2) Information technology teaching: 4 teaching plans, 4 trial lectures and 6 class hours were completed.

(3) Integration of information technology and disciplines: search for Chinese subject materials, and participate in the production of special websites for natural subject graphic examination under the network environment.

(4) Educational investigation: selecting topics, designing questionnaires in cooperation, distributing questionnaires and making statistical questionnaires, and completing educational investigation reports. (5) Research-based learning guidance: for two weeks, to guide the first-year students.

(5) Some students in the class have finished making the class homepage. After a month's internship, I tasted the ups and downs of being a teacher for the first time and realized the responsibility of being a teacher. During this month as an intern teacher, I can be a strict teacher, pay attention to my words and deeds and gfd everywhere, take good care of the students in the internship school, do my best to be a class teacher and do every job in teaching in a responsible attitude towards the students; At the same time, as an intern, I can abide by the rules and regulations of the internship school, respect the leaders and teachers of the internship school, listen to their guidance with an open mind, and work together with other interns to complete the tasks assigned by the internship school, shaping the image of our educational technology major and leaving a good impression on the internship school. During the internship, our main task is the work and teaching of the class teacher.

First, the work of the class teacher

(1) In terms of work preparation,

First of all, I can quickly understand the characteristics of the whole class. I remember when I first started my internship, Liping and I were anxious to find Tan, the head teacher, to understand the class situation. But Mr. Tan didn't tell us directly, but let us find out and understand for ourselves. Maybe we didn't understand it at first. But then I thought about it. Teacher Tan didn't do anything wrong. We should observe and understand this class and students with our own eyes. After all, we are still facing students, which is also a test of our work. Then I learned about some daily work of the class and some responsibilities of the class Committee through the class Committee meeting. Secondly, I can quickly get familiar with and master the students' situation. In order to improve my understanding of students, I seize every opportunity to contact and communicate with them. I've always been a follower except during class. In the first few days, my classmates didn't talk to me very much, so they were passive. I find it difficult to integrate into this class because we don't know each other yet. At this time, I should take the initiative and communicate with them slowly by caring about their study life. Through their own initiative and concern for them, the students gradually opened their hearts and were willing to take the initiative to chat with me. There should be more communication between teachers and students. Only in this way can you understand the students.

(2) In the daily management of the class.

Under the guidance of teacher Tan, the head teacher, I can help her manage her daily work and organize a class activity. In these two short weeks, I was more responsible for supervising students' study, discipline and hygiene. At the same time of supervision, we should not forget to instill some truth in them and carry out ideological and moral education in combination with their age characteristics. For example, self-taught homework is handed in early, and many students either forget to do their homework or say they won't do it every time they come over. Through their own supervision and necessary ideological education, some students can get rid of the bad habit of defaulting on homework. Especially Zhang Jiaxun in our class, every homework is blank. Later, he offered me his exercise book. I'm glad to see it is full. I think they are still lazy and lack the initiative to learn. Students like this need our supervision and guidance. Besides homework, there is cleaning. Girls are generally more serious and active, and some boys are lazy and always procrastinate. For such students, we should give them clear tasks. There are so many naughty students in our class that I find it difficult to educate them ideologically. You can't force him. The tougher you are, the more he resists. For this kind of students, we should communicate with them more in peacetime, and we can give them some guidance through some words in the usual communication.

(3) In classroom activities.

Students are the main body of activities, so activities should cater to students' interests. At first, I did some surveys among students and asked them what sports games they like to play and what kind of class meetings they have. By collecting students' opinions, I organized a basketball friendly match. I think this competition can enhance the cohesion of the class. In order to better prepare for this competition, I also asked my classmates to do some training, which was very effective and finally won by absolute advantage. During the competition, girls can be described as positive and can cheer for the players well. This well reflects the cohesion of the class. As for class meetings, many students like competitive activities that combine knowledge. However, during my internship as a class teacher, I have arranged an honest class meeting. To this end, I discussed with Liping to hold a knowledge question-and-answer class meeting during her tenure as head teacher. After the class meeting, the students' thinking is extremely active, and the competition between groups is very fierce, which also reflects the characteristics of our students, positive and enterprising. Time passed quickly, but it was over when I really understood the characteristics of students and began to establish feelings with them. Although it is very short, I feel that I have learned a lot, especially being serious and responsible. I have also tasted the ups and downs of being a teacher and felt the cleverness and cuteness of students. In this internship, I learned a lot from teacher Tan, the head teacher, and fully realized the key role of "love" in teachers and students. Only when you give your students real love can you gain their respect and trust. But in my internship, I can't combine "love" with "strictness" well. Maybe I love them a little too much, so that sometimes I indulge them a little. I think love for students must be measured and combined with strictness. Be strict when it's time to be strict. Only in this way can students understand your love.

Second, the teaching of information technology is the focus of practice. The following is my internship experience.

The first is the preparation stage. By guiding teachers to familiarize themselves with the information technology courses in the internship class, we can understand each student in the class and their mastery of information technology knowledge. Then, listen carefully to the teacher and other students in class. The feeling of attending classes now is completely different from before: I used to attend classes to learn knowledge; Listening to classes now means learning teaching methods. The purpose is different, and the attention in class is different. Now we are concerned about the way teachers and other students attend classes and their thinking. Then, according to the educational knowledge learned in the university and the practice in the middle school, I prepare lessons and try to speak on the existing basis, so as to prepare myself for the podium. After the first two weeks of lectures and trials, the third week officially took to the podium. As a teacher, another bounden duty is to teach and educate people and spread knowledge to students selflessly. This is also an important part of our practice teaching. I experienced the hardship of being a teacher for the first time. In the last class, we have to go through an assembly line of "preparing lessons (writing lesson plans)-giving lectures-attending lectures-receiving students' feedback-commenting". It seems simple, but each link has many small details, and the most important one is "class". This link is the "classroom teaching" that we have been discussing. Because information technology is taught in the computer room, games and other factors are attractive to students, so it is difficult to control students' attention. After listening to the class for two weeks, my experience is that we must arouse students' interest in learning. Interest is the best teacher for students. Only by learning in fun can students fall in love with learning and stop taking learning as a burden. Only in this way can we better attract students' attention. I listened to two teachers, one lively and the other rigorous, and the former is better in effect. Therefore, to arouse students' enthusiasm, we must have a good teaching design. In teaching design, first of all, I can pay attention to the design of the scene. In two of my four classes, I created scenes, and the scenes were well designed. One is a sequel to A Chinese Odyssey, and the other is a list of characters in Dream Journey to the West, which students are very interested in. In particular, quoting scenes during import can keep students interested from the beginning.

? Secondly, pay attention to the design of the task. While designing the scene, I also set different tasks in the scene. These tasks are all carried out around the scene, and the tasks are interlocking and run through the classroom, constantly stimulating students' achievement motivation and better mobilizing students' enthusiasm. Finally, pay attention to the design of teaching media. On the teaching media, I chose the website form of two classes. In the website design, the pictures of game characters and some flash animations that students are interested in are incorporated, which not only aroused students' interest, but also assisted the classroom teaching well. In the process of teaching, I always embody the student-centered teaching mode and strive to explore students' autonomous learning under the network environment. Under the network environment, the role relationship between teachers and students has undergone essential changes; It is conducive to students' autonomous and personalized learning and to cultivating students' ability to solve problems; At the same time, it also creates more space for students to realize autonomous learning. When creating an environment for students to study independently, I adopted the form of a learning website. One of the main features and advantages of learning websites lies in the integration of resources. Students can use the website to find the information they need, study independently, and cultivate their ability to study and solve problems independently. From the several classes I have attended, I should talk about some influences. Of course, there are still some defects in my learning website, which need to be improved continuously. But I think the most important thing is to guide students to establish the consciousness of autonomous learning. In the process of teaching, I still have many defects.

(1) When teaching knowledge points, individuals did not highlight the key points and difficulties, and pursued students' independent exploration too much.

(2) The classroom regulation and adaptability are still lacking and need to be strengthened. When I meet an emergency, I am often not awake enough to handle it well. I think the most important basic skill of a teacher is to control the classroom, and I should keep working towards this goal.

Third, other aspects?

In addition to teaching and the work of the class teacher, I also completed the search of Chinese materials for subject integration, the production of special websites for reviewing natural science charts, the design of educational questionnaires, and the guidance of statistics and research-based learning. Among them, subject integration and research-based learning are the unique internship tasks of this major. Most of these tasks need group cooperation, so the division of labor among group members must be clear and reflect the spirit of group cooperation. I think I have done a good job in this respect.

1. In terms of subject integration, it was originally stipulated to make a lesson plan for subject integration. Later, the internship school only asked us to complete information search and subject website construction. Although finding information sounds simple, it still needs some skill and patience. In particular, the requirements of the school are relatively high, including written materials, pictures, audio and video, which brings us certain difficulties. Finally, by learning search skills and task division, we basically found all the information we needed. In the production of subject websites, our group is responsible for the production of special websites for chart review of natural disciplines. Because that teacher is trying to learn in the network environment for the first time, he is not very clear about what functions the website should achieve and what functions the website can achieve. At this time, we integrate information technology and what we have learned into the website, which is a good aid to teaching. But unfortunately, we haven't learned how to make dynamic web pages, and we haven't mastered many dynamic technologies ourselves. Fortunately, our group has a strong focus, so there is a division of labor. I am responsible for interface design and some image processing.

2. In the aspect of inquiry learning, because the teachers there assigned tasks, what we designed ourselves could not be implemented, and we could only guide students to implement it. Because research-based learning is carried out in groups, it is difficult for junior one students to reasonably match the division of labor, but they have their own responsibilities, and sometimes they have a strong ability to undertake all tasks. At this time, we need to guide and supervise. Moreover, it is necessary to pay close attention to students' research process and give timely guidance. We can only participate in the guidance of students moderately, but we can't cover everything. Only in this way can students fully appreciate the whole process of research in the activities. At the same time, it also ensures the central position of students.

Because inquiry learning is a new course and a comprehensive subject covering many subjects, it requires teachers to have comprehensive knowledge, so as to provide students with more extensive opinions and suggestions. In the process of guiding research-based learning, I deeply realized the defects of my knowledge, so I need to read extensively and learn all kinds of knowledge to enrich myself.

3. Education survey: Due to the tight time and limited human resources, the survey scope is relatively narrow, focusing on two schools in Wenzhou No.12 Middle School and No.13 Middle School, which has certain limitations and cannot fully reflect the information literacy of middle school teachers in Wenzhou. Wenzhou No.12 Middle School and No.13 Middle School are schools with good application of educational technology, and all schools attach great importance to the development of educational informatization. With the school's attention and hardware investment, teachers basically have better information literacy. Therefore, from this survey, teachers have the hardware conditions to apply modern educational technology and have a good grasp of basic operations, especially young teachers. In addition, they hold a very positive attitude towards the application of educational technology and have a clear purpose for the application of information technology. However, due to personal (such as age, time, cost), technology, theory and other factors, the effect of teachers' application of educational technology in practice is far from what we imagined, especially in the integration of information technology and disciplines.

In the process of educational informatization development, information technology teachers have played a great role. As a student majoring in educational technology, I think it is more important to learn all kinds of skills and strive to improve my information literacy and professional quality. Only in this way can they fully embody their own values and contribute to the development of informatization. From these professional internships, I deeply realized that the professional knowledge I learned in school, whether it is theory or technology, is not detailed and in-depth, such as making websites and helping teachers make some courseware. I found that my skills are still relatively lacking. What we have learned is more basic, and theoretical study has not been applied to practice at all. This internship is a good exercise opportunity and I have learned a lot of knowledge that I can't learn in school. 4. Suggestions I hope our college can have more contact with middle schools in the future, establish long-term base relations with them and carry out a series of cooperation. Including the research and development of the subject, teaching design, the construction of the subject resource website, etc. And assign these tasks to us. In this way, we can better apply what we have learned and publicize our educational technology. In short, give us more opportunities to practice.
