The public service platform of national education management is the core task of the information construction of education management of the Ministry of Education and one of the key contents of the construction of "three links and two platforms". Platform construction is implemented in accordance with the system of "two-level construction and five-level application". Two-level construction refers to the establishment of central and provincial data centers in the Ministry of Education and provincial education administrative departments respectively, and the construction of an application environment with centralized data and system integration; Five-level application means that all kinds of educational management information systems simultaneously build five-level systems at the central, provincial, prefectural, county and school levels, which are developed by the Ministry of Education. The central-level system is deployed in the central-level data center, and the provincial, prefectural, county and school-level systems are deployed in the provincial-level data center for the use of the central, local and school levels.
The platform will integrate all kinds of educational management information resources and information infrastructure at all levels, build all kinds of educational management and service objects including educational institutions, students, teachers and school assets and school conditions, cover multi-level shared educational basic databases and educational management information systems with information integration, business aggregation and service integration, realize data exchange and system interconnection between educational administrative departments and schools, and improve educational supervision ability and public service level.
