2. According to the requirements related to the safety construction of kindergartens in primary and secondary schools, the video monitoring system of kindergartens in primary and secondary schools should be fully covered. In particular, the key parts of the school, such as the school gate, security room, playground and other public activity areas, must achieve full coverage of video surveillance, so as to achieve all-round monitoring without dead ends.
3. The national standard (GB/T293 15-2022) approved by the State Administration of Market Supervision was officially implemented on June 1 day. The new standard puts forward the combination of "civil air defense, physical defense and technical defense" for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, which makes up for the problems of low requirements for human defense and physical defense and the mismatch between system technical indicators and the application of new technologies. It is of great significance to further improve the campus safety standard system.
