Xihe County belongs to Longnan City, Gansu Province, located in the southeast of Gansu Province and at the northern end of Longnan City. It is named after Gu Xi and Hezhou. Wudu County was established in Luo Yu (now Luo Yu Town) in the Western Han Dynasty, Qiu Chi in the Jin Dynasty, Luo Yu in Qin Zhou in the Northern Wei Dynasty and Chengzhou in the Western Wei Dynasty. After several changes, Zhou Min was changed to Xizhou in the Southern Song Dynasty, and Xizhou was reduced to a county in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty.
