To this end, our school has formed a multi-level management network from the principal to the teaching staff, and each department has its own responsibilities. The research room of our school takes Class 5 of Grade 3 as the experimental class to carry out the research on the topic of "habit formation". After two years of experiment, exploration and summary, some achievements have been made. The Political and Educational Affairs Office took "How to Transform Underachievers" as the theme of the third moral education seminar, and organized the class teacher and other relevant personnel to write papers, exchange discussions and edit them into books.
