I deeply feel that only by constantly enriching myself and reading extensively can I be proficient in teaching, instead of reading from the book and being boring. Teaching needs teachers to constantly refresh, not copy. In particular, the new textbooks and new ideas now provide a broader stage for our teachers, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for each of our teachers. Therefore, we should make time to read a lot to enrich our connotation and make ourselves develop better.

Third, improve their own quality through continuous cultivation.

Through this training, I can also reflect on myself, find the distance between myself and "famous teachers" and understand that our teachers have grown up through action research.
