1, component approach safety measures
(1) Vehicles should be selected according to the length and weight of the parts during transportation.
(2) The components shall be leveled with wooden blocks on the transport vehicles, and the extra-long components shall be marked and firmly bound, so as to ensure that the components are not deformed and the paint coating is not damaged during transportation.
(3) During loading and unloading operations, strictly prevent members from falling and hurting people, and load and unload goods according to the instructions of commanders.
(4) Check the relevant list of the shipped parts.
(5) When hoisting, the hoisting tools shall be firm and reliable, and the parts that are not firmly welded and connected are not allowed to be hoisted without firm binding.
(6) When lifting bulk goods, they must be firmly bound and balanced before lifting.
3. Measures to prevent the crane from tipping over
(1) The road at the hoisting site must be smooth and solid, and the backfill soil and soft soil layer should be treated. If the soil is soft, the pavement should be paved separately.
(2) It is forbidden to hang obliquely. Inclined crane will cause overload, resulting in broken rope and rollover accident.
(3) The slings of restrained members shall be calculated.
(4) The binding method should be correct and firm, so as to prevent the sling from breaking or slipping off the component during hoisting and the crane from overturning due to weightlessness.
(5) Check the safety of all lifting tools regularly.
(6) Strictly abide by the "Ten Don't Hoist" regulation of hoisting machinery operation.
4. Measures to prevent falling.
(1) The Technical Specification for Safety of Working at Height in Building Construction shall be strictly implemented for working at height.
(2) When working high above the ground, the operator must set up a safety net and use the safety belt correctly.
(3) It is not allowed to climb the steel column with bare hands.
(4) When workers need to work high above the ground, a tool-type temporary console with a width of 0.8 ~ 1.0m should be set. ..
(5) If you need to walk on the upper chord of the roof truss suspended at high altitude, you should set a lifeline on the upper chord of the roof truss.
(6) The ladder used for climbing must be firm, and the rope and fixed components must be fastened when used.
(7) If the operator walks on the roof panel being laid, he should keep a high concentration to avoid stepping on the roof panel and falling off.
(8) When installing a floor or roof panel with reserved holes, a safety guardrail shall be set up in time.
(9) Operators are not allowed to climb with hard shoes.
