Xi Siyuan College is an ordinary undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and a demonstration workstation college for postgraduate joint training approved by the Eighth Hall Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education. It is also the first private university in Shaanxi Province to be allowed to recruit students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

At present, the school has 14 secondary colleges and 1 continuing education colleges, and has jointly built workstations with Chang 'an University, Yan 'an University and Xi Institute of Physical Education, with a total of more than 22,000 students.
