No matter whose fishing boat is broken, the ship owners often think of him first; As long as there is a distress call, Guo Wenbiao will immediately launch his motorized sailboat and rush to the accident area at full speed to resolve the crisis without asking for anything in return.

One day in August 2005, a typhoon hit Shitang fishing area in Wenling City. Two cage farmers ventured out to sea in a small boat and tried to drag them back to the breeding box. As a result, they were trapped by the waves and could not go ashore. In desperation, people thought of Guo Wenbiao, a "water ghost". Guo Wenbiao drove a motorized sailboat alone in the rough sea, risking his life to transport the fishermen in distress to the harbor and landed safely.

In the eyes of Shitang people, Guo Wenbiao is a "nosy" person in the local area. One night, the wind at sea reached 9, and the propeller of a cargo ship was entangled in the nylon rope in the water and could not move.
