Documents issued by several provinces show that from 2020, all new medical graduates with bachelor degree or above must receive standardized training for residents. This means that even if you work long enough, you can't take the exam without completing the training, so if you want to get promoted, you must receive training. This document was implemented in May this year and has become a hard condition for promotion!
