According to the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Innovation and Development of Medical Education (No.34 [2020] of the State Council), graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who are recruited for the society will be employed in medical and health institutions in the year when they are qualified in housing and training, and will be treated equally as current graduates. Extend the employment period according to the training time after graduation.
"Clinicians with a bachelor's degree who have been trained in the hospital are treated equally with master's students majoring in clinical medicine, stomatology and traditional Chinese medicine", and are included in the specific conditions for job application (among them, the training specialty in the resident training certificate should be consistent with the professional or category requirements of the recruitment position in principle).
As we all know, regulations and training are getting stricter and stricter. Documents issued by several provinces show that from 2020, all new medical graduates with bachelor degree or above must receive standardized training for residents. For example, Henan, Guizhou, Anhui and other places have clearly emphasized this point in the standardized training enrollment plan for residents in 20021and 2022.
Those who drop out of school during the training period will be blacklisted, and even if they want to continue their studies, they will still be blacklisted and will not be able to carry out training for three years. From the time point of view, the cost is too high. I hope everyone can decide whether to carry out training or continue learning before training.
What is Guipei?
To put it bluntly, the training certificate of laws and regulations is a stepping stone for us to enter public hospitals. Without the norms and training of public hospitals, it means that we can't become residents, let alone be promoted, so it is very important for us.
Standardized training of residents is an important bridge for medical students to enter the hospital from campus, and it is an important integration process of combining theory with practice. Many confused medical students will find their future direction in training, and of course, medical students who waste their time in training and learn nothing will not be ruled out.
Regulation and training are the general trend.
Guangdong province issued the "Guangdong province health professional and technical personnel title evaluation reform implementation plan" put forward clear requirements for promotion to intermediate level:
Only those with corresponding academic qualifications and meeting one of the following conditions can sign up for the examination:
Have a doctorate and obtain a standardized training certificate for residents.
Have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in medical practice for 2 years after obtaining the certificate of standardized training for residents.
Have a college degree, obtain a certificate of standardized training for residents, and have been engaged in medical work for 6 years after registering as a medical practitioner.
Have a secondary school education, obtain a certificate of standardized training for residents, and have been engaged in medical practice for 7 years after registering as a medical practitioner.
This means that even if you work long enough, you can't take the exam without completing the training, so if you want to get promoted, you must receive training. This document was implemented in May this year and has become a hard condition for promotion! So it's a pity that doctors in Guangdong province didn't get intermediate titles ... no matter what education, everyone must receive training.
