First, several problems existing in the current music moral education

Music education, as an integral part of quality education, plays an irreplaceable role in the all-round development of human beings, but there are several problems in the development process, especially in moral education:

(A) Music teachers' moral awareness is relatively weak

The music teacher graduated from Normal University and received systematic education in pedagogy and psychology. Do you know how to be a teacher? Educate people? First, understand the importance of moral education. However, music teachers pay more attention to their majors, the design of music lessons, teaching forms and means. At the same time, music teachers are one of the most easily overlooked subjects in the overall moral education construction and management of schools. Compared with the teachers of Chinese and political subjects in schools, music teachers are always weak, which easily leads to the reality that their moral education consciousness is relatively weak.

(B) Music teachers do not dig enough into the moral education content in textbooks.

Music textbooks are the basis of systematic music education for students. The arrangement of textbooks embodies the principles of knowledge, aesthetics, science and practicality, and more importantly, it embodies the educational principle, that is, using the contents and ideas of textbooks to educate students how to be a person and how to be a person needed by society. In fact, this is the embodiment of moral education function.

Music teachers' awareness of moral education is relatively weak, which leads to the lack of initiative and enthusiasm in excavating moral education materials. Moral education materials are hidden in the process of music knowledge, songs, music appreciation and music practice. Some music teachers simply impart knowledge, teach to sing and appreciate famous music songs, and become a mere formality of music practice, but lack of active excavation and arrangement of moral education materials. In education and teaching, we can't make full use of teaching materials to carry out moral education for students.

(C) the understanding of the concept of moral education is biased

In particular, some people think that aesthetic education can replace moral education, which is actually inappropriate. Aesthetic education and moral education are closely related. But the difference between them is that moral education is normative, and it plays a role in inspiring, purifying and sublimating people's spirit. Aesthetic education is edification and sentiment, which plays a role in people's spirit. Moral education mainly acts on people's consciousness and rationality, while aesthetic education mainly acts on people's sensibility and emotion. On the spiritual level, moral education is powerless. Secondly, from the perspective of social function, moral education mainly focuses on adjusting and standardizing the relationship between people in society. Aesthetic education mainly focuses on maintaining the spiritual balance, harmony and health between individuals and themselves. Therefore, it is not appropriate to replace moral education with aesthetic education.

Second, combine the problems listed above to find out the root of the problem.

1. Music teachers don't put themselves in the position that they should actively participate in moral education. In the face of students' problems, they always take an evasive, evasive or irrelevant attitude, which shows that teachers have insufficient understanding of education and teaching ideas.

2. The management of the school has not paid enough attention to it. The school is a big educational environment, and every teacher is an educator of moral education. Although the school management has put forward moral education requirements for teachers, it is ineffective in guiding and standardizing the process of moral education for teachers. At the same time, the school has not done enough in the layout of the environment, the purchase and management of moral education resources and the improvement of the evaluation system.

Third, countermeasures to solve the problem

1. Music educators should analyze themselves, and the analysis is insufficient; Find out the reasons from ideology, working attitude and working methods, enhance the awareness of moral education, and improve the ability to implement moral education in practical work.

3. Dig deep into the moral education content in the teaching materials, and combine the forms of music education and teaching to carry out moral education, such as patriotism in song teaching, appreciation of the idea of loving the Chinese nation in teaching, collectivism in music practice, etc. At the same time, the ways and methods suitable for practical teaching are deeply studied.

What education and teaching are most afraid of is mechanical copying, so we need our teachers to make students consciously understand the true meaning of moral education while learning knowledge through entertaining, and constantly improve their ability of conscious education.

As one of the means of aesthetic education, music education plays a unique role. The significance of music itself lies in that it can cultivate people's sentiment and affect a person's moral cultivation. Accordingly, teachers should guide students into music according to its original charm, elegant melody, soothing rhythm and crisp timbre, and at the same time feel the beautiful feelings expressed by songs with heart. In the state of enjoyment, understand beauty, feel beauty and appreciate beauty.
