After the lighthouse was built, guards were sent to explore the map, and we could see that some places could be built with outposts. After it is built, a corresponding amount of resources will come in every day.

There is a small green arrow next to your main city. Just click it. Send out the colonial outpost, click on the landmark, and all units will come back to show that the main city is on standby. Click on the outpost and hot air balloon, and click on the disbanding team inside to recall the outpost.
