According to the requirements of the higher-level Party organizations for organizing life meetings on theme education, I made an inventory and summary of the gains from participating in the theme education of "Do not forget your initiative mind, Remember the Mission" in the recent period, found out the gap between the initial intention and the mission, focused on three aspects, deeply analyzed the reasons and dug deep into the ideological roots. The relevant situation is now reported as follows:

First, the main harvest

Since the launch of theme education, I have adhered to the deployment requirements of theme education as the guide, earnestly practiced the general requirements of "keeping the initial heart, taking on the mission, finding the gap and grasping the implementation", and closely focused on the objectives and tasks of "theoretical study, ideological and political baptism, courage to start a business, serving the people, solving problems, being honest and setting an example", and consciously implemented four key measures: study and education, investigation and research, finding problems, rectification and implementation.

First, strengthen theoretical study and ideological armed forces. Theory is the forerunner of practice, and thought is the guide of action. I insist on learning and education throughout, and promote theoretical study deeper and deeper. As the secretary of the Party branch, he took the lead in deepening the spirit of the important speech at the education work conference with the theme of "Do not forget your initiative mind, Remember the Mission", earnestly studied the internal laws and regulations of party constitution, "* * * * selected theoretical readers such as" Do not forget your initiative mind, Remember the Mission "and" Learning Outline ",earnestly participated in centralized study and special exchange seminars, actively participated in branch learning and education activities, shared experiences, and strengthened through a series of theories. Further study and in-depth understanding of the major policies of the CPC Central Committee have further improved the ability to arm the mind, guide practice and promote work with the Party's innovative theory, and further improved the ability and level of integration of learning, thinking and application, knowledge, faith and practice.

The second is the work style of earnestly conducting research and seeking truth and being pragmatic. Adhere to the investigation and research throughout, establish a problem-oriented and pragmatic grounding. Focusing on the requirements and solving practical problems, we went deep into the party member branch to carry out mass research and business field research, and studied practical measures to solve difficult problems, which promoted the implementation of party building and high-quality development decision-making, grasped some actual situations that we could not grasp before, effectively helped party member people and business departments solve some difficult problems, and further won the trust of party member people and the support of business departments. Actively took the lead in completing the research task and formed a special research report, which provided an important reference for high-quality development.

The third is to consciously check and find out the gap. Adhere to the patrol issue throughout, compare and contrast the party constitution Party regulations, the initial mission, the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee, focus on the initial mission, persist in putting into work and responsibility, carry forward the spirit of self-revolution, persist in cutting the blade inward, dare to scratch the bone and cure the poison, dare to break the wrist, examine the ideological dust, find the shortcomings of work, conduct profound analysis and reflection, and identify the root and crux of the problem. Establish a problem rectification account for all the found sub-branch construction problems and business problems, and formulate promotion plans by classification, laying a solid foundation for the next rectification.

The fourth is to solidly promote rectification and improve the level of ability. Adhere to the implementation of rectification throughout, highlight the practicality of theme education, insist on making rectification while checking, take the initiative to claim and take seriously the problems found by self-examination, problems found by investigation, problems pointed out by colleagues and problems reflected by the masses, study and formulate specific solutions and rectification measures for the problems sorted out, implement rectification matters, clarify rectification responsibilities, promote rectification one by one, and test the effectiveness of theme education. At present, all the business problems have been rectified, and the party building problems of the branch have been clearly deployed and improved, and the work will be implemented one by one in the future. By re-examining myself in the rectification, as the secretary of the Party branch and the person in charge of the center, my ideological and political level and professional ability have been comprehensively improved.

Second, the existing problems

When examining party constitution's party member conditions, Party members' obligations and party member's rights, when examining China's rules of honesty and self-discipline, some rules of inner-party political life under the new situation and China's disciplinary regulations, and when examining and giving play to party member's vanguard and exemplary role, we go deep into ourselves to find out the gaps and deficiencies. During the theme education, the collected opinions and suggestions of party member, the branch and myself leading the branch to play the role of fighting fortress have all been rectified, and the rest have been clearly deployed and improved, which will be implemented one by one in the future work.

(A) there is still a big gap in political theory. Theoretical research on Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development lacks continuity, systematicness and comprehensiveness. In the past, I mainly relied on the time of theoretical center group and theme education, and I didn't have enough sense of consistency in my study. I don't make enough efforts in studying, learning, understanding and doing, and my ability to analyze and solve practical problems by using what I have learned needs to be improved through continuous study and practice. The initiative and consciousness of learning are not strong. I am used to learning while doing, and learning while meeting. Personal self-study and in-depth discussion are rare. Without really focusing on the Party's innovative theory, there is still a gap in casting party member's "soul".

(B) the situation of industry development is not enough. Considering that there are many immediate tasks and few long-term plans, there are not many ways and measures to promote business development. Sometimes I feel afraid of difficulties at work, unwilling to take the initiative to attack, not deeply studying the new situation, new tasks and new challenges, and not having the ability to actively solve practical problems by learning new ideas, new experiences and new mechanisms.

(3) I don't have a deep understanding of the "four dangers" and "four tests" faced by the Party in the new period. I don't know enough about the complexity of some sensitive issues, especially in the ideological field, and I lack a high degree of vigilance and struggle. For example, I didn't fully realize the serious harm of some negative remarks from a political perspective, and occasionally I didn't stop and point out mistakes in time.

(four) contact with the grassroots, serving the masses is not deep. Accustomed to sitting in the office, remote command, telephone instructions, document guidance, the central work to solve problems is not strong enough, not thorough enough. There is little communication between specialized business personnel at the grassroots level, and the situation at the grassroots level is not comprehensive. In particular, the lack of investigation and research, out of trust in the department, left to the functional departments to solve, resulting in insufficient communication with the masses, unconsciously diluted the sense of purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.

(5) Criticism and self-criticism are not thorough enough. On the critical level, in organizational life, sometimes people are afraid of hurting harmony, and there are situations that are merciless or incomplete, not spicy enough, and not sweating enough. In specific work, criticizing subordinates sometimes ignores the occasion, the language is too straightforward or rigid, and they lack leadership skills, which sometimes hurts employees' feelings. At the level of self-criticism, there are thoughts of fear of losing face, and there are cases of ignoring water.

(6) There is a problem of "formalization" in work deployment. Although the prescribed procedures have been fulfilled, it is not deep enough to solicit the opinions of the workers and the masses and listen to the opinions of relevant groups, resulting in low quality of some work and poor implementation effect. In the implementation of decision-making, there is also a phenomenon of heavy deployment and light implementation, lacking the spirit of "nailing nails" and insufficient personal supervision and implementation.

(7) Have a complacent attitude towards work. Although I have a good wish to do a good job, when I encounter contradictions and difficulties in my work, I don't try to solve them. My thoughts are still traditional and conservative, my work is not energetic enough, and I don't have much courage to put forward innovative opinions. Sometimes they stick to specific work and lack good opinions and suggestions for the long-term development of the unit. My sense of innovation in the process of change is not strong, and my efficiency in innovation is not high, which reflects my lack of revolutionary spirit and weakened enterprising consciousness. The intensity of grasping the work is somewhat weak, the speed of grasping the work is somewhat slow, the length of grasping the work is somewhat short, and there is a phenomenon that it cannot keep up with the situation and tasks and implement the leadership instructions.

(8) Party building and business integration is not enough. As a branch secretary and business leader, there are not many ways to promote the deep integration of branch construction and business, and the effect is not good. Lack of innovation consciousness, accustomed to doing things with old experience, old methods and old routines, insufficient research on party building, less thinking about business, and insufficient measures to keep pace with the times when solving problems in development. There is not enough energy to carry out it consistently, and the tracking effect of some established matters and some work is not enough, and some work has not achieved the expected results.

Third, the root of the problem.

I seriously thought and deeply analyzed the root causes of the above problems, mainly in the following three aspects:

First, the political status is not high enough. In the implementation of the major decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, there is a desire to work hard ideologically, and there is often a phenomenon of slow start, little motivation and slow follow-up in action, which makes it difficult to implement new ideas and new arrangements, fulfill the responsibility of strictly administering the party in an all-round way, and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.

Second, the ideals and beliefs are not firm enough. There is still a lack of grand theoretical vision and high political awareness. Belief in "keeping fresh" lacks sufficient theoretical nutrition, the docking of ideal and reality lacks corresponding theoretical bridge, and the firm belief in the party's innovation theory lacks strong theoretical literacy support. Although these problems have no wavering influence on the political pursuit of their ideals and beliefs, they have a certain weakening effect on political sobriety and belief willpower in complex situations.

Third, there are still shortcomings in party spirit cultivation. Since the theme education of "Do not forget your initiative mind, Keep in mind the mission" was launched, I have conscientiously studied and implemented the history of New China in party constitution's party discipline and party history, and deeply felt that there is a certain gap between party spirit cultivation and ideological realm and the requirements of the CPC Central Committee for party member cadres in the new period. The main reason is that the requirements of party spirit cultivation are not high, and self-purification, self-innovation, self-improvement and self-improvement are not enough.

Fourth, the next step of rectification measures

The first is to further strengthen our ideals and beliefs. While actively participating in collective learning such as theoretical group learning, we should spare more time to systematically study the latest theoretical achievements of the Party, accurately grasp the essence, improve our ability to distinguish right from wrong in a complex environment, enhance our political acumen and political discrimination, improve our theoretical level, and enhance our consciousness and firmness in implementing the Party's principles and policies. Seriously study the new ideas, new ideas and new strategies of the Party Central Committee in governing the country, and at the same time pay attention to drawing rich nutrition from Chinese excellent traditional culture, revolutionary culture and advanced culture, and support political determination with cultural self-confidence.

The second is to further improve the work style. Often go deep into the grassroots and the masses to carry out heart-to-heart communication activities, move the true feelings, pay sincere attention, accept the opinions and suggestions of the masses with an open mind, always regard the thoughts, hopes and needs of the masses as the fundamental starting point and foothold of the counselor's work, pay attention to discovering, excavating and summing up experience among the masses, and strive to promote the work to achieve practical results.

The third is to further strictly observe discipline and rules. Always respect and strictly abide by political discipline and rules, always be loyal to the party, always adhere to political beliefs, stand firm in political positions, keep the quasi-political direction, resolutely respond to the advocacy of the CPC Central Committee, resolutely implement the decisions of the CPC Central Committee, and resolutely do not do it. Constantly enhance political acumen and political discernment, resolutely resist and crack down on acts that undermine political discipline and rules, and resolutely safeguard the party's centralization, unity and political security. Constantly strengthen the concept of organization and procedure, and report to the organization when major issues and important matters are involved.

The fourth is to further maintain integrity. Vigorously carry forward the fine tradition of hard work, focus on the grassroots and the masses, and be pragmatic and clean for the people. Adhere to thrift and win the love of employees with practical actions. We should be strict with ourselves, be honest and clean, strictly implement the Code of Integrity and the inner-party supervision regulations in China, consciously accept the supervision of the party and the people, and establish a good image of * * * party member.
