Information from qualification examination:

Freshmen:

1. Vocational Education Single Recruitment Qualification Examination Form (downloaded from Shaanxi Admissions Examination Information Online or collected by Baqiao Education Examination Center), stamped by the graduation school (where the photo is located), and signed and sealed by the administrative department of student status.

2. The original and photocopy of the household registration book and resident ID card.

3. In 2023, the student registration certificate and ideological and political moral evaluation form of the college entrance examination candidates in the county (district, city) where Shaanxi Province returned to the household registration.

4. One-inch recent bareheaded color photo (posted on the qualification examination form, with the back cover stamped with the auditing unit's riding seal).

5. Ordinary secondary schools and technical schools also need to provide a copy of the admission approval form (including my information page) and affix the official seal of the school.

Previous students:

1. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate of general secondary school, vocational high school or technical school.

2. One-inch recent bareheaded photo (posted on the qualification examination form, with the back cover stamped with the auditing unit's riding seal).

3. The original and photocopy of the household registration book and resident ID card.

4. Certificate of Student Status and Examination Form of Ideological and Political Morality for Non-students in Shaanxi College Entrance Examination in 2023. (The original student status and the official seal of the administrative department review the student status, and the township or sub-district office where the work unit or household registration is located issues the ideological and moral appraisal)

5. Vocational Education Single Recruitment Qualification Examination Form (Shaanxi Admissions Examination Information is downloaded online or collected by Baqiao District Education Examination Center).

6. Ordinary secondary schools and technical schools also need to take a copy of the approval form (including my information page) and affix the official seal of the school.
