Handan Lingchuang Secondary Technical School, formerly known as Computer Training Center of Handan TV University, was founded in 1994. It is a regular school with computer (Internet) education as the "leading" radiation-related major approved by Hebei Provincial Education Department and Handan Education Bureau.
Over the past 30 years, a large number of outstanding computer (Internet) related talents have been trained and exported.
Professor Li Ruyuan, the founder of the school, is a famous computer expert in China. At the age of 26, he was hired as a professor of Handan College and was praised as "Four Little Dragons of Hebei" by the Microcomputer Committee of Hebei Computer Society.
