The second is to strengthen effect innovation. The brigade made great efforts to innovate the educational carrier, supplemented by setting up special handwritten newspapers and hanging learning banners to create a strong political education atmosphere. At the same time, make full use of television, radio, newspapers, internet and other media to organize officers and men to listen to and watch special news reports, read newspaper commentary articles, and hold special study seminars.
