How to carry out theme education in the class?
Theme education activities can help students to establish a correct outlook on life and values, so that they can make up their minds to study hard at an early age, thus having a broad mind, an open mind and a broad vision. As a class teacher, I have realized the dominant position of students and put the focus of class construction on developing students. Students are alive. Students of every age group have different characteristics and needs, and each student has differences at different stages of growth. Theme activities should be aimed at students' age, psychological characteristics and growth needs, so that class theme education activities can play a dynamic role. Therefore, as a class teacher, we should pay attention to students' growth needs and design theme education activities that meet students' growth needs. Classes are students' own organizations, which share common goals and make each member develop in an all-round way through unique theme activities. Why do you want to carry out class theme education activities? First of all, we should realize that the class theme education activity is a course, a moral education course and a basic and important channel of moral education, especially the theme education activity, which must be completed through the class style. Second, the class meeting is educational and effective. Solving the ideological problems of a class by taking the class as a unit is easy to make the theme clear, the pertinence is strong, the solutions and ways are clear, and the effect is obvious. Third, class theme education activities are an important means to establish a good class spirit. The establishment of class spirit and the establishment and consolidation of study style should be strengthened not only in ordinary teaching activities and base activities, but also in class theme education activities, which should be a milestone summary, improvement and a new beginning. It is easy to unify understanding and action. During the activities, students' sense of collective honor, ability of organization and coordination, ability of collecting and processing information, ability of distinguishing right from wrong and ability of expression will be obviously improved, thus promoting the construction of class spirit. When students' understanding of the class is improved, their behavior is civilized and standardized, their concepts of right and wrong are established, good habits are formed, and strong internal motivation is formed, so that every member of the collective will grow up on a healthy track and benefit for life. So how can we carry out class theme education activities well? Before designing the theme education activities, the class teacher should first study the students, but when doing research on the students, we should not simply focus on a single latitude, but do a comprehensive study on the students. We can study the psychological state, thinking mode, behavior mode and ability of students' growth, and find out the group characteristics and existing problems of students. But we should realize that finding the problem is only a rough judgment of the present situation, and the key to whether it can be solved lies in the correct grasp of the generation and formation process of the problem. Some problems are often just superficial phenomena. As a class teacher, we should find the real cause of the problem through appearances and solve it pertinently. Through the superficial phenomenon of class students, what I see is a kind of "confrontation" in children's life journey and a kind of "contradiction" in the process of psychological maturity. Self-confidence is a full estimate of one's own strength. Self-confidence is very important in study and work, so I think the key of this class is to let children gain self-confidence, so we launched the theme class meeting activity of "I have confidence, I can do it", and of course it achieved the expected results. When carrying out thematic education activities, I also pay attention to collecting information during the development of students and exploring the needs of children in progress. For example, after each theme activity, let students participate in the summary process as small masters, compare which activities have promoted their progress with some theme activities, and let them carry out activities such as "I find my advantages" and "I help you find your advantages" according to their personal development, and then make adjustments. In the class, we also build a two-level evaluation mechanism, which makes evaluation as an external support system to promote the development of students' self-discipline ability. For example, after each activity, we will evaluate the "positive little star" and "confident little star". By asking students to choose the most active boys and confident girls in their minds, we can choose smart learning stars, happy stars, diligent stars and enterprising stars in the confident team and confident group. Change the phenomenon that the previous evaluation only targeted at individual students, and turn the evaluation to the second level, further ensuring the formation of heteronomy by small group organizations and promoting the development of students' self-discipline by heteronomy. For example, through activities, students can understand that the original "Expo" is closely related to their lives, and the concept of Expo can be integrated into children's daily lives and applied to real life, so as to expand their due awareness of environmental protection, responsibility and humanistic quality through experience, exploration and creation. At the same time, because the whole activity was planned by the class Committee, the activity became a test of the actual working ability of the class Committee. It is also a platform for all students to learn "smart cooperation", which not only makes the class committee learn smart management, improves the ability of independent work, further forms the cohesion of the class, but also makes each student know how to actively plan and participate in activities and compete fairly in activities. How to seek help when encountering difficulties and how to share, communicate, coordinate and improve in cooperation; How to arrange reasonably ... to turn some students into all students, which also lays a solid foundation for the implementation of the "cadre rotation system" in the future. The theme education of students' growth needs is no longer to meet the mandatory requirements, but to understand students' thoughts, inner wishes and troubles through various methods when considering students' needs, and then carefully analyze the physical and mental characteristics and different needs of different students at different stages. Therefore, the goal of theme education is more suitable for students' nearby development fields, meets students' development needs, easily stimulates students' internal motivation for development, and can truly present the real interaction and communication between teachers and students in the process of activities. I hope we can give our children such a space for self-education and let them grow up in their own activities.
