In Britain, you need to apply for the certificate of returned overseas students in two places, one is the China Education Office in Manchester City, and the other is the Education Office of the China Embassy in London. Of course, the time and process required in different places are different.

Materials to be provided for the proof of returned overseas students:

(1) The application form for overseas students can be printed without posting photos (you can log in to the registration system with your own registration account).

(2) A letter of authorization from the Education Office of the British Embassy to verify the situation with your original institution.

(3) All students studying for a degree must provide a copy of the degree certificate obtained.

(4) Copy of passport identity page and visa page for arrival in the UK.

There is a difference between Manchester City Education Group and the Education Office of the London Embassy. After online registration, the Education Office of the London Embassy has to wait 30 working days to print the registration form for international students, but Manchester Education Group can print the registration form for international students without waiting 30 working days.
