"Concrete Mathematics Laboratory" is divided into four theme exhibition areas: mathematics history, mathematics beauty, mathematics use and mathematics interest. The exhibition form follows the exhibition concept that the science center focuses on teaching and the combination of exhibition and teaching, excavates and refines the scientific thinking and methods contained in it, stimulates the public's "curiosity" about mathematics, enhances curiosity and arouses interest, and then grasps the scientific way of logical thinking under the guidance.
4. Small Ball World Theme Exhibition and Teaching Activities
Relying on the data resources of Little Ball World Exhibition Project to carry out exhibition teaching activities. Provide online and offline joint courses and lectures on related topics. Including Mars courses, lectures by forward-looking scientific experts, and collective teaching and research activities of geography teachers in Xicheng District. 5. Scientific seminars
The theme laboratory of science workshop is one of the important functional areas of Beijing Science Center, which carries out scientific education practice activities for teenagers. During the carnival, laboratory activities covered space science and technology, energy science and technology, transportation science and technology, and building science and technology. Starting from the common practical phenomena or problems in students' life and study, through popular science performances, scientific experiments, parent-child activities, scientific production and other forms, children can feel the charm of science, get in touch with cutting-edge technology, cultivate practical scientific thinking, learn scientific methods of exploration, and stimulate their interest in learning science.
6. Production line development process
Based on the exhibits in the main exhibition hall of "Life, Life and Survival", the concept of "combining exhibition with teaching and focusing on education" is highlighted, and activities are carried out for schools or families to let students learn the scientific ideas and methods contained in them and the scientific stories behind the exhibits. During the carnival, the exhibition focused on the development of science and technology in the past 100 years, and launched courses such as big subway, new energy vehicles and soaring into the sky. "Academicians and experts talk about science" focuses on the theme of biodiversity and invites academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to give popular science reports. With the theme of "peak carbon dioxide emission, carbon neutrality", the Capital Science Lecture Hall invited two experts from professional fields to give lectures on popular science.
10. artificial intelligence learning theme activities
"AI Science" is an interdisciplinary educational activity that integrates science and reading, science and life, science and cutting-edge technology, science and traditional culture. The exhibition constructs a three-dimensional communication framework of one drama, one book and ten lessons, and refines and presents the scientific methods, concepts and spirits contained in it to every audience.
14. Cloud Classroom of Beijing Science Center
Cloud classroom shows the high-quality courses in the exhibition hall of Beijing Science Center to primary and secondary school students in the city through online multi-platforms. During the carnival, Cloud Classroom specially provided the activities of "Cloud Classroom Special Session is the same as the last science class" for students of Shandongzhuang Central Primary School, Liujiadian Central Primary School and Du Nan Liuhe Central Primary School in Pinggu District. The theme of the course is "Earth Umbrella", and the key point is "How to solve the temperature difference between day and night on the moon?"
