Each school should designate a special person to collect and check the relevant materials submitted by school applicants according to the registration conditions. Eligible applicants shall report to the district preliminary examination institution before 1 15 (see annex 2 for the confirmation process of schools and school district education bureaus) and submit the following materials to Room 805, Building 5, Teacher Qualification Accreditation Center of Baoan District Education Bureau (public and private kindergartens shall submit the following materials to their school districts).

1. Application Form for Regular Registration of Teacher Qualification (in duplicate); 2. A copy of the teacher qualification certificate; 3. Screenshot of teacher qualification certificate verified by China Teacher Qualification Network (after 2008, the teacher qualification certificate can be queried online) or a copy of the teacher qualification application form saved in the personnel file (teachers in public ordinary primary and secondary schools, teachers in secondary vocational schools and teachers registered regularly do not need to submit this material.
