It's been seven years since she was awarded the first-class teacher of secondary education in China in 2004. In these seven years, I have experienced a difficult process of continuous accumulation and sublimation in educational thought, educational teaching practice and educational teaching and scientific research. This paper will summarize and report from the aspects of "educational teaching thought", "educational teaching and scientific research practice" and "the direction of future efforts" in order to refine and deepen in the review and make a reasonable plan for future education work. I. Deepening and upgrading the concept of education and teaching Since I joined the work 1994, I have been rooted in the fertile soil of rural basic education and worked diligently in rural middle schools. Looking back on my teaching career for more than ten years, I really feel a lot. With the passage of time, my love for the teaching profession is increasing day by day, and my understanding of education and teaching is also deepening. Especially in the seven years after being rated as a first-class teacher in 2004, it can be said that education and teaching ideas have experienced a process of accumulation. (1) Because I love it, I want to teach it well. 1994, I was honored to be a teacher, teaching junior middle school Chinese in Modaoshi Middle School. This is my dream job, so I made up my mind: I must devote all my life and love to my work and be an excellent people's teacher. Out of this sense of responsibility, I work hard, study my business diligently after work, and my teaching level is constantly improving. At that time, I regarded my career as a lifelong career, so I had a passion and enthusiasm to teach all my knowledge to my students. I think education and teaching is a process of selfless dedication. I keep giving and students keep learning. Teaching and educating people should be completed in such a process of "teacher output, student input". But it turns out that such an educational idea, though sincere, is not necessarily effective. Sometimes my enthusiasm can't be exchanged for students' enthusiasm for learning, and students are still in a state of passive acceptance in their studies. Therefore, with the continuous accumulation of work experience, I began to realize that teachers should not only devote themselves enthusiastically to teaching, but also jump out from specific teaching work, treat teaching from a strategic perspective, guide themselves with more scientific and systematic educational ideas, establish correct educational and teaching concepts to guide their own teaching, and integrate my educational and teaching work with students' learning and growth process. I began to think: what kind of teaching is effective? What kind of education do students want to receive? This kind of thinking urges me to constantly change and improve my educational philosophy. (2) To teach well, we need to explore the work for more than ten years. After the first-level evaluation, it is a stage where the mentality is easy to slack off and the spirit is easy to relax. It is the exploration of educational ideas that gives me inexhaustible motivation to move forward. First, teachers who arm their minds with scientific theories and work in the front line can easily fall into trivial concrete work and ignore the promotion of theories. After a period of confusion and confusion, I realized that I should use "intelligence" instead of brute force in my work. This "cleverness" means arming the mind with educational theory and guiding teaching practice with theory. So I changed from being keen on studying professional books to studying educational theory books at the same time. I have taught myself pedagogy and psychology, as well as "100 suggestions for teachers" and "Give my heart to children" by the former Soviet educator Suhomlinski, which really benefited me a lot. When I use these theories to guide my education and teaching, I feel twice the result with half the effort. So I subscribe to China Teaching Newsletter, Teachers' Newspaper, Heilongjiang Education and other publications every year to learn from them. Theoretical study makes me no longer regard educational activities as a process of teachers' single contribution. I realize that education is a process of interaction between teachers and students. In order to carry out this process effectively, teachers must understand the characteristics and requirements of students and take effective measures to arouse their enthusiasm, so that teachers' "teaching" will become students' "learning" and students will become active learners from passive recipients. Especially the rural children I teach, they actually have a strong thirst for knowledge and a desire to change their destiny. If they can turn this inner thirst for knowledge into motivation for learning, then learning is no longer a pain for many children, but a pleasure. At the same time, I began to consciously sort out some ideas about education and teaching and wrote some papers. These papers were fortunate enough to be recognized by relevant experts and gave me some awards, which made me more confident in theoretical research. Second, the exploration of effective teaching methods has changed in thought, and then the exploration of action. Although I have been an "old teacher" for more than ten years, I still keep learning from the teachers around me and draw useful nutrition from their education and teaching work. At the same time, when preparing lessons, we should not only pay attention to the accuracy of knowledge, but also strive to explore effective methods suitable for students and teaching in this class. The teaching method is more flexible, and the emphasis on students' enthusiasm makes my classroom no longer a centralized classroom, but a platform for students to actively learn and think, and the teaching effect has been effectively improved. Third, practice the educational concept of "teaching and educating people". The rich promotion of educational ideas has given me a deep understanding of the word "teaching and educating people". Educating people is not only a process of instilling excellent knowledge and ideas into students' hearts, but also a process of inspiring truth, goodness and beauty in students' hearts, and a process of self-shaping and self-improvement. If students can establish a correct world outlook and outlook on life and cultivate a positive and optimistic attitude towards life when they are students, then students who leave campus will become independent people, which may be more important than knowledge learning. From 1994 to 2003, I worked as a class teacher for nine years. In these nine years, I have taken "educating every student well" as the goal, deep love as the cornerstone, and adopted the method of "understanding, encouraging and self-education" to be their "guide" and "supporter" in their growth and grow together with them. In the specific work of the head teacher, I have taken some practical measures. Although I have made a lot of efforts, seeing the growth of my classmates, my inner sense of relief and accomplishment is the best reward for me. My class atmosphere is very good, students study consciously and hard, and the class cadres are serious and responsible. After graduation, all the students have grown up and matured, without their previous stubbornness. Looking at their changes, my heart is extremely happy. Many students become the backbone and pillar of social construction after graduation. I really realized the bitterness of teaching and educating people and the great responsibility of teachers. (3) There is exploration, so I have improved the accumulation of years of teaching experience. After years of research on subject teaching, I have explored a set of my own teaching methods. I used to be complacent about this, but after the new round of curriculum reform and the continuous promotion of quality education in the school, I deeply felt that my educational concept was lagging behind, so I overcame the difficulties of children's chores, insisted on learning new curriculum standards and new educational theories, read the series "Modern Teaching Design and Changes in New Curriculum Learning Methods", and studied new curriculum teaching cases, thus changing teaching concepts and adapting to modern teaching. After learning a lot of educational theories, I practiced while teaching, actively participated in teaching and research activities, wrote more than a dozen teaching papers, and won honorary certificates at different levels at the provincial and municipal levels. The paper "Cultivation of Dialectical Thinking Ability" written on 20 10 won the first prize of the national paper. After a lot of theoretical study and reflection on my teaching effect, I deeply feel the importance of teachers' concept change. Traditional education ignores the cultivation of students' innovative thinking, blindly "preaches, teaches and dispels doubts", attaches importance to teaching and explaining, but does not know how to let students be independent, cooperate and explore problems. Einstein said: "It is often more important to ask a question than to solve it. Because solving problems may be just a mathematical or experimental skill, but asking new questions requires creative imagination, which marks the real progress of science. " Compared with teaching method, inquiry teaching highlights students' dominant position and emphasizes students' active participation. So I changed the teaching mode that I thought was very successful in the past. I encourage students to question boldly, dare to innovate, find problems and solve them. Before each class, I set a clear inquiry goal, so that students can not only master the teaching content stipulated in the new curriculum standard, but also develop various inquiry abilities and form inquiry spirit and attitude. In the classroom, fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, so that students can turn into active learning, thus stimulating and encouraging learning. When designing problems, I pay attention to stimulating students' creative thinking. To answer such questions, students need to connect what they have learned vertically, horizontally or crisscross, do some processing and creation, and use it flexibly. There is more than one correct answer to some questions, but I educate students not to stop at one answer, but to find other answers, thus promoting the development of their creative thinking. Theory guides practice. My classroom atmosphere is harmonious and the teaching effect is remarkable. 20 10 was rated as an excellent teacher at Mudanjiang city level. I have passed the age of no doubt, and I am very excited about this honor. I know this is the affirmation of the organization for my tireless study and study of business for many years, which will inspire me to forge ahead towards higher life goals. I will work harder and work harder on the fertile soil of education. Contribution and reward in education, teaching and scientific research (I have worked hard on the fertile soil of subject teaching. 1994 stepped onto the three-foot platform. In 2004, he was rated as a first-class teacher in middle school, and 20 1 1 was declared as a senior teacher. This process lasted 17, and I took root in this long 17. Because I deeply love the cause of education, I have been quietly trying to dedicate all my light and heat. Although I live in poverty, I have no regrets. After more than ten years of teaching work, I have easily mastered Chinese teaching in junior high school. I have never been perfunctory in my teaching work day after day. I have been seriously studying teaching materials and teaching methods, always taking students as the center, always aiming at cultivating students' good thinking habits and study habits, and always making unremitting efforts for students to learn to study and explore independently. I can't forget that at the beginning of my work, I just graduated from junior college and studied while teaching students. I study hard under the lamp every night, delve into textbooks, keep reading, and ask experienced teachers if I don't understand. Under their careful guidance and my diligent study, the average grades of the students I taught slowly caught up, and the students' enthusiasm for learning was greatly improved. It's hard to forget that in order to be admitted to the undergraduate course, I signed up for the correspondence study of Chinese major in Harbin Normal University. In order to pass the entrance examination, I insist on studying late into the night every day. Many things happen. Finally, I received the letter of acceptance by correspondence. After more than three years of hard work, I got my undergraduate diploma in 1998. It is hard to forget that in the first ten years of my work, I devoted myself to educating students while still insisting on learning. Because I know that if you want to give students a glass of water, you must have a bucket of water. I make full use of all available spare time to teach myself every day, and often study late into the night. In this way, in the next junior high school Chinese teaching, I feel comfortable and my professional level has made a qualitative leap. For example, when I started speaking the text, I knew it in my heart, but the language could not be so organized. Later, after studying, I was able to explain the text in a simple way and explain it in an orderly way, and the students' grades naturally improved rapidly. I still remember that in teaching, I often encourage students to read extra-curricular books to expand their knowledge and improve their writing level. At the same time, I often read and write articles to guide students' writing. Therefore, my students' compositions have won many awards. I still remember that several students in the class had a hard time studying. After work, I called them home and taught them one by one until they learned. Sometimes I am tutored late into the night, and my husband and children are bored, but they are helpless. Because of my stubborn temper, I always do what I think is right and no one can stop me. Those students later improved their grades, and some even went to middle schools and universities. But I'm never proud of it. I'm just happy for them. I think my work is effective. I still remember that after being rated as a first-class teacher, I did not rest on my laurels, but further studied on the basis of 17 years, making my teaching more handy and effective. I have been engaged in Chinese teaching for more than ten years. I always treat teaching with a researcher's mentality, delve into teaching, improve in research, and provide a steady stream of motivation for teaching in improvement. Looking back on more than ten years' teaching experience, I know that teaching is not only a teacher's enrichment of knowledge and life, but also a teacher's stimulation of students' creativity and a love and shaping of a young life. Teaching is the focus of teachers' profession. (2) At the beginning of my unremitting work on the moral education stage, I carried out "love education" for students. The students are not a few years younger than me. I make friends with them, often play ball and study with them, and they are willing to listen to my teaching. But students are underage children after all, and it is not enough to have love for their education. Gradually, my education for students has changed from a whole-hearted love to a "strict" education. In daily teaching and class management, I appear as a strict teacher. I think the teacher who "learns to be a teacher and be a model" is an excellent teacher. Therefore, I am strict with students, strive to cultivate their good study habits and behavior habits, and strive to make them take fewer detours and grow up healthily in adolescence. Of course, it is not enough to be strict with students. I know that in class management, I must first set an example and influence them with words and actions. There is no contradiction between sincere love and strict requirements. I can be a friend in students' life and an ideological confidant. Students understand my painstaking efforts and can grow up healthily in the strict, orderly and relaxed atmosphere I have created for them. They go to the society in batches and become citizens with integrity, positive attitude towards life and willingness to contribute to others. To this end, I have won the title of excellent teacher in city, town and school for many times. Behind these titles is the childlike innocence of a middle-aged teacher. (3) Insisting on developing knowledge economy on the road of education and scientific research requires us to become "scientific research" teachers based on teaching practice. With the accumulation of years of teaching experience and educational ideas, I have integrated these with the current advanced educational ideas to form a brand-new understanding and guide my own teaching. Therefore, in the past twenty years, scientific research has become an important position in my educational work. I have worked hard here and achieved some results. In the past seven years, I have obtained more than ten national, provincial and municipal scientific research papers. Many times in the city's "one competition and five evaluations" activities. At the same time, don't forget to lead young teachers to study and discuss education and teaching issues. Since middle age, people are skilled in business, conscientious and willing to endure hardships, and they are the backbone teachers and backbones of the school. Therefore, as an example for young teachers to learn, I also teach them teaching experience without reservation. For example, Dong, a young teacher in our school, has a high cultural quality but little teaching experience, so I guide him in class and I follow him in almost every class. He has a high understanding and made rapid progress. After a period, he became a capable young teacher. There is also a young teacher, Zhao Hongmei, who has become a famous Chinese teacher in our town under my guidance and his own efforts. It can be said that "mentoring" is one of the endless driving forces of our education. 3. The direction and planning of the future education has experienced more than ten years of ups and downs. Success, failure, honor and disgrace have all turned into a profound accumulation of life and become the internal motivation for my education and teaching work. Looking back on the road of studying as a teacher for more than ten years, those who have paid have been integrated into the students' vigorous lives, and those who have sought have been turned into a unique landscape belonging to me in the educational paradise. It seems that I should have no regrets. But my heart doesn't seem to be satisfied with this. I know I can't stop, my life is endless, and my education is endless. Teaching and educating people is my lifelong career. "Old horse crouching" also wants to "aim at a thousand miles". The party and the country have trained me for so many years that I have no reason to stop. I must use the rest of my working time to devote more knowledge and ideas accumulated over the years to education and my students. Therefore, I applied for a senior teacher in the year of no doubt, not for fame and fortune, but to inject new impetus into my efforts for more than ten years, set a new direction for my future education, and tell young comrades that a sincere middle-aged teacher should have such a pursuit!
