Under the guidance of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, namely the Basic Education Law, there are six departmental laws (separate laws). Namely, People's Republic of China (PRC) Compulsory Education Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Vocational Education Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Higher Education Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Private Education Promotion Law, People's Republic of China (PRC) Academic Degree Regulations and People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law.
