(1) office

(ii) Personnel Unit

Responsible for teachers' work. Responsible for organization establishment, personnel deployment, cadre assessment, post appointment and removal, level promotion, continuing education, professional title evaluation, rewards and punishments, labor wages, social insurance, etc. ; To formulate employment plans for schools and other educational institutions; ? Responsible for educational administration. Draw up the education development plan of the whole region and implement the education management of primary and secondary schools; Responsible for the management of primary and secondary school students in the whole region; Formulate enrollment plans and guide their implementation; Responsible for organizing the senior high school entrance examination, senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination; Responsible for vocational and technical education.

(4) Moral Education Section

In charge of moral education in primary and secondary schools. Formulate development plans for preschool education, adult education and running schools by social forces; Responsible for the approval, evaluation and annual inspection of kindergartens (nurseries), non-academic adult education institutions and private primary and secondary schools; Manage, guide and supervise preschool education, adult education institutions and social forces to run schools; To guide and coordinate the management and enrollment of kindergartens (nurseries) and private primary and secondary schools; To guide the management of teachers and students (children) in private primary and secondary schools and kindergartens; Guide and supervise private primary and secondary schools and kindergartens to do a good job in safety and public security.
