(4) Teaching and scientific research level: 1. The evaluation of undergraduate teaching level organized by the Ministry of Education should reach "good" or above. At least two or more projects have won the first and second prizes at the national level or the first prize at the provincial level in the last two teaching achievement evaluations. 2. Have a high level of scientific research: (1) In the past five years, the average annual investment in scientific research should reach at least 5 million yuan in key humanities and social sciences schools and at least 30 million yuan in other universities; (2) in the past five years, scientific research achievements have won 20 awards at or above the provincial level, including at least 2 national awards; (3) At least two key laboratories at or above the provincial level and two key disciplines; (4) Generally, there should be at least 10 master programs, and more than 5 master graduates.
