The essence of quality education is to comprehensively improve people's basic quality. The following is my experience in implementing quality education in information technology teaching. First, establish the quality view of information education and fully understand the importance and urgency of educational informatization. School education, subject education and classroom education are the main positions of quality education. In order to give full play to each student's personality, stimulate students' curiosity, teach students to learn, learn to seek knowledge and learn to create, in this main position, teachers must first change the traditional teaching concept, and must change from "imparting knowledge" to "cultivating ability". This requires us to establish the educational concept of "teaching is for not teaching", with teaching as the leading factor and learning as the main body. Looking at the rapid development of foreign economies, all of them benefit from the development of information technology. In this educational situation, school education, as the main position of basic education, should strengthen the popularization of information technology education in primary and secondary schools, strive to realize educational informatization, organically combine the study and application of information technology with the renewal of educational concepts, take the implementation of new curriculum standards as an opportunity, and apply information technology to comprehensively reform the educational system, content, methods and means to serve the overall promotion of quality education. Second, in the teaching process, we should embody the teaching concept of "students as the main body and teachers as the leading factor". In the classroom teaching of information technology, teachers play a leading role in organizing, guiding, promoting, controlling and consulting, and are the promoters, organizers, instructors and participants of students' learning. The students in the class are the real protagonists. To highlight students' dominant position, we should give full play to students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity in the learning process, so that students can find, ask, explore and solve problems themselves in the learning process, strive to complete their own practical operations, and guide students to actively participate in the learning process and carry out autonomous learning activities. Only by allowing students to participate in exploring new knowledge directly and actively can students understand the mystery of knowledge and feel the happiness and success of learning. In addition, in the teaching process, we should also pay attention to all students, face up to their personality differences and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. In the process of design teaching, we should create active learning opportunities for all students and strengthen the learning guidance for students at different levels; From the reality of students at different levels, arrange exercises or operations with moderate difficulty, so that students at different levels can flexibly choose and complete the tasks assigned by teachers according to their different situations. This can enhance students' confidence in learning, improve their interest in learning, strengthen their learning motivation and motivate them to study hard. Third, pay attention to the cultivation of students' interest in learning. Computers are widely used. Teachers should be good at introducing practical problems around them into the classroom, so that students can solve these problems with computers and have a sense of accomplishment, which is particularly effective in cultivating students' long-term interest in computers. At the end of each semester, all teachers and class teachers should count students' grades, calculate the total score and average score, and analyze the results. This work is cumbersome and error-prone, and the workload is heavy. I introduce this problem into excel teaching and guide students to solve it with formulas or functions. Students see their average scores of all courses, their total score ranking, and the average scores of all courses in each class are quite easy to do with excel, and they are all very excited and have a sense of accomplishment. In word teaching, students are also organized to design the class blackboard newspaper and school newspaper at the back of each class, which plays a very good role in improving students' interest. Fourth, pay attention to cultivating students' self-study ability. "Information Technology Curriculum Standard for Primary and Secondary Schools" stipulates that students should spend no less than 70% of the total class hours on the computer, which shows that students spend most of their time learning by themselves, and it is impossible for teachers to teach students lifelong knowledge in limited classroom teaching. Therefore, it is particularly important to cultivate students' self-study ability in teaching, and it is a new requirement for education and teaching to let students "learn to learn". The main task of teachers is to help students learn effectively. It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. Teachers should not only impart knowledge, but also teach students learning methods to make them benefit for life. Good interest is the premise of cultivating students' self-study ability. Teachers should pay special attention to the teaching of self-study methods while constantly stimulating and maintaining students' interest. In the actual teaching, I explored the following aspects: 1, using task-driven method. Before class, let students know the tasks to be completed in this class, and show the results of the tasks to be completed in this class, so that students can complete the tasks themselves. 2. Over time, students make good use of "help" and love to use "help", which greatly promotes students' autonomous learning ability. Fifth, cultivate students' thinking ability. Thinking ability is the core of intellectual development, and it is the unshirkable responsibility of information technology teachers to cultivate students' thinking ability. Information technology course is not an independent course. In teaching, we should integrate the resources of English, physics, mathematics, fine arts and other disciplines, and integrate the knowledge of other disciplines into information technology education. For example, many unfamiliar English words will inevitably appear in computer learning. Using Kingsoft Express or Kingsoft PowerWord in teaching to guide students to learn the meaning and usage of these words will promote students' learning of English subjects. Using the advantages of network resources can broaden students' reading horizons, enrich students' material resources and lay the foundation for future Chinese creation. For another example, when I talk about the color setting of WORD font, I guide students to find that when the selected text is set to red, the first thing students see is light blue. At this time, I pointed out to the students that this is the reason of reflection, and further explained to them that this is the difference between physical tricolor (red, green and blue) and artistic tricolor (red, yellow and blue). Sixth, pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical and innovative ability. I will share the five best slides I received. When designing, we should include the knowledge points taught in the task, and complete a small task in each class. In order to complete a small task, students must subdivide this small task into smaller tasks, and the knowledge points that students need to master should be designed in smaller tasks. Eight, the change of evaluation method.
