The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that China should be built from a big country with human resources to a strong country with human resources. As the main position of talent training, universities shoulder the important mission of transporting outstanding talents for China's modernization, emphasizing that employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, and universities must actively do a good job in graduate employment in order to accelerate the social construction focusing on improving people's livelihood. At present, the lack of scientific career planning is an important reason for college students' employment difficulties. Strengthening ideological and political education of college students is the lifeline of college students' career planning.

1. Career planning is an effective way for college students to choose jobs scientifically.

Career planning, also called career design, refers to the collection of individuals and organizations.
