Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time undergraduate higher vocational college, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The school was founded in 1978, formerly known as Hangzhou Staff Amateur University, upgraded to an undergraduate college in 2003, and renamed Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College on October 20 10.
