JYW—200A automatic interface tensiometer is a kind of testing instrument which uses physical method instead of chemical method. Automatic interfacial tensiometer can quickly and accurately measure the surface and interfacial tension values of various liquids, and automatically display the results. It is used to test the interfacial tension value of electric oil in hydropower department to strengthen the supervision of insulating oil. In petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research and other departments, we can test the surface and interfacial tension values of various liquids and strengthen the analysis of various liquids. For the education department, it can be used in teaching.

Third, the structure and working principle

The structure of the instrument is mainly composed of torsion wire, differential transformer, platinum ring and lifting part. When in use, the platinum ring is immersed in the measured liquid for a certain position (3-5㎜), and the glassware filled with the measured liquid is driven by the motor, gear and tray to descend. At this time, the membrane between the platinum ring and the liquid to be measured is elongated, so that the platinum ring is pulled downward, the twisted wire is twisted by the lever arm, and the magnetic core of the differential transformer rises with the decline of the platinum ring. The coil of the differential transformer induces a certain voltage value, so that the deformation of the stretched film is converted into a voltage value, which is converted into a corresponding tension value through microcomputer processing and automatically displayed. With the gradual stretching of the film, the tension value gradually increases until the film breaks. The maximum value is the measured tension value p of the liquid, which is automatically multiplied by the correction coefficient v of the liquid to get the actual tension value f of the liquid, that is, F=P? V, the correction coefficient V depends on the measured tension value P, liquid density, platinum wire radius and platinum ring radius.

Because the machine is controlled by microcomputer, the anti-interference of the instrument is improved in software programming and hardware design. Electric zero adjustment is used for zero adjustment, so that the magnetic core of differential transformer can be adjusted to zero as long as it is in a stable state within the zero adjustment range, which is very convenient and reliable to use. The zero adjustment range is 0.00-10.00 Mn/m.

9. The "Reset" key has three functions.

1. After unpacking, carefully take out the instrument, put it on a stable table, and adjust the leveling knob on the base according to the horizontal bubbles on the instrument (Figure 1- 14) to make the instrument level.

2. Open the upper cover. The magnetic core of the differential (Figure 1-7) has been tightly tied to the lever (Figure 1-9) at the factory. Please untie the tape that binds the magnetic core and put the magnetic core vertically into the hole of the magnetic core (Figure 1-6). Be careful that the magnetic core does not hit the wall and sag freely.

3. The lever (Figure 1-9) should be basically horizontal, otherwise, adjust the bolts at both ends of the torsion line to be basically horizontal.

4. Insert the power plug into an external power socket with reliable grounding, turn on the power switch (Figure 1-2), and stabilize for 15 minutes. Give the platinum ring and glass a good wash. First, clean the platinum wire ring in petroleum ether, then rinse it with acetone, and then heat and dry it in the oxidation flame of gas lamp or alcohol lamp. Special care should be taken when handling the platinum wire ring to avoid deformation of the platinum wire ring.

5. Then hang the hook (figure 1- 10) on the lever, hang the platinum ring (figure 1- 1) on the hook, and put the glass (figure1-kloc-0/2) on the lifting.

6. Press the ▲ key on the "Initial Boot Page", and the menu page of "Test Parameter Input 1" will be displayed on the LCD interface.

7. In the menu interface of Test Parameter Input 1, press OK to enter the page of Test Parameter Input 1. Test parameter input 1 page interface is used to input upper phase density and lower phase density.

8. After entering the test parameter input 1 page, press the ▲ key to select and input the upper phase density, and the value of the upper phase density will flash. Press the key to display the value "0.000" from one digit to the third digit after the decimal point. Which number flashes indicates which number is selected, and press "▲" or "▼" to adjust the corresponding number value (0-9). When the input is finished, press "OK" to exit the upper phase density input. Press the "▼" key to select and input the lower phase density, which is the same as the upper phase density.

9. After inputting data, press the ""key to enter the "Test Parameter Input 2 Menu Page".

10. In the menu page interface of "Input Test Parameter Input 2", press "OK" to enter the test parameter input 2 page. After entering the second page of test parameter input, press the "▲" key to select and input the test times. Enter the corresponding value (0-9) by pressing the "▲" or "▼" key. Press the ▼ key to select and enter the fracture ratio value of the test. Press the ▲, ▼ and ""keys to enter the fracture ratio value. After the input is completed, press "OK" to exit the "Test Parameter Input 2" state.
