I. Epidemic Prevention Policy

1. According to the Announcement on Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation of Written Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Shaanxi Province in the Second Half of 2022, candidates who meet one of the following conditions are not allowed to take the examination:

(1) Persons with positive nucleic acid test results or asymptomatic infection diagnosed in COVID-19 during isolation treatment, and persons who have not been released from isolation.

(2) Candidates who are closed by epidemic prevention.

(3) Candidates with non-green health codes and travel codes.

2. Returnees in the province who have lived in Sanyuan County and Jingyang County of Xianyang City in high-risk areas have been suspended from attending school; Anyone who has lived in Weinan City and Xianyang City (except Sanyuan County and Jingyang County) must complete two off-campus visits in three days (with an interval of more than 24 hours); People from other areas can only enter the venue with negative nucleic acid certificates within 24 hours.

Second, prepare for the exam

1. Candidates are required to monitor their physical health, measure their body temperature and truthfully record their personal health information (self-recording, self-keeping for future reference) from 7 days before the exam (10 for overseas candidates).

2. Candidates must apply for "Shaanxi One Code Pass" (health code) and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" (travel code) in advance, and continue to pay attention to their health code status. Candidates with non-green health codes and travel codes cannot take the exam.

3. Candidates must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours (both paper version and electronic version) and candidates' health commitment letter during the examination.

4. Candidates should follow the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, do not go out, gather or go to crowded places unless necessary, and do all the preparations before the exam to ensure the smooth participation in the exam.

Third, the examination implementation

1. In order to avoid the gathering of candidates, please follow the instructions of the leading teacher to enter the venue in an orderly manner. When entering the test center, you should keep a safe distance, consciously show your health code, boarding code and negative report of nucleic acid test, accept body temperature test, accept security check and verify pedestrian face recognition.

2. Yanta Campus candidates go to the test center of Chang 'an Campus by bus and return by bus according to the end time of individual exams. No accommodation is allowed in Chang 'an campus, and the shuttle bus arrangement will be notified separately.

3. Candidates must bring their own disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks. Take the initiative to accept code scanning and temperature measurement during the exam, and wear a mask all the time except for identity verification.

4. After entering the examination room, submit the candidate's health commitment letter as required (each exam 1, take three exams 3).

5. After the exam, candidates should leave in an orderly way within a safe distance according to the instructions of the exam staff.

6. Failing to report the true contact history and abnormal physical condition to the relevant departments as required, and being found by the epidemic prevention and control department through screening, and implementing control measures to affect the inspection, it shall bear its own responsibilities.
