Anhui Industrial Vocational and Technical College, located in Tongling City, Anhui Province, is a municipal public general vocational college approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government, a national high-skilled personnel training base, a continuing education base for professional and technical personnel in Anhui Province, and a training base for business administration (middle and primary) in Anhui Province.
The school was formerly known as Tongling Nonferrous Technical School and Tongling Nonferrous Workers College, which merged in 2002. Tongling Nonferrous Technical School was established in May, 1979. It mainly carries out secondary vocational and technical education, and belongs to "one team and three brands" with Nonferrous Adult Technical Secondary School and Anhui Television Technical Secondary School Tongling Nonferrous Branch.
Tongling Nonferrous Workers College, founded in 1984, is a college-level adult higher education school that focuses on academic education and training education. It is "one team, two brands" with the Party School of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Corporation. On June, 2065438, Kloc-0, the school was handed over to Tongling Municipal People's Government by Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co., Ltd., and now it is a member of Anhui Dajiang Education Group.
In August 2020, the official website of the school showed that the school had two campuses, Tianjing Lake (headquarters) and West Lake Campus, covering an area of 760 mu and a building area of 288,000 square meters.
