I think I have made some progress in my study, mainly in the following aspects:

1, cultivate the habit of learning to think. I remember someone saying, "The process of learning is the process of thinking." I think so, because the real purpose of learning is not what you have achieved, but to find the direction of the future. I really felt this in several courses I studied this semester. For example, in the course of human resource management in the public sector, one of my assignments is about the reform of the medical system. In fact, the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment has become a very difficult social problem. In the process of completing the case, I also cultivated the habit of thinking independently. In the process of completing the case, I need to have the necessary ideas and cultivate my ability to solve problems.

For example, the third question, do you have any good strategies for this phenomenon? Actually, the answer is ever-changing. My answer is to learn to respect and attach importance to talents and establish and improve the performance appraisal system, but I think there is one thing I have not mentioned, that is, the performance salary system. But because this is a new thing, there will be many problems, so I didn't write it down, but it also reflects my lack of economic knowledge. For example, the course of organizational behavior is actually a comprehensive course of management and psychology. In the process of finishing my homework, I found that this is a process of dissecting human nature. I think the lack of self is an analysis of personality characteristics, because people's personality is complex, and I think there are still doubts about dealing with this problem. In short, from the process of self-learning, I learned to think, but I also found my own shortcomings.

2. Find the direction of the future. One of the purposes of learning is to find the future direction and lay the foundation for your career. I feel it, too. For example, the major of administrative management is ideological and comprehensive, and also has the characteristics of popularization. Because all walks of life need administration and the management of office daily affairs. In fact, the study of management knowledge is also good for my self-work, such as how to manage my work state and the ability to control my irritability. There are also time management, file management and so on. So as to improve the work efficiency of the self, apply the theoretical knowledge of the self to practice and achieve the best results.
