The tuition fee for academic degree-related majors is 7000-8000 yuan/year, and the tuition fee for professional degree-related majors is 9000- 15000 yuan/year.

Shenyang Normal University, located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, was organized and supervised by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, and was selected into the "Excellent Legal Talents Education and Training Plan" and "Excellent Teachers Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education. It was the first batch of pilot universities to carry out comprehensive reform of professional degree postgraduate education.
