When the user uses agent workbench for the first time, the browser will automatically pop up a microphone authorization prompt box, and you need to allow the browser to use the microphone here. Because if you refuse, you will not be able to enter the bench.

If you click Prohibit/Reject by mistake, you can change the microphone prohibition to always allow by clicking the camera icon on the far right side of the browser address bar, clicking Finish/OK, and then refreshing the page.

If you are still prompted that the microphone shown below is not normal, please confirm whether there is a microphone device in your computer. Please check the equipment testing method.
