(A) the purpose of educational practice

1. Through educational practice, let students receive profound professional ideological education, establish the idea of devoting themselves to education, understand the tasks undertaken by teachers in primary schools and kindergartens, and further establish correct views on education, students and quality, so as to further consolidate professional ideas, love education, lay an ideological foundation loyal to people's education, and strive to become qualified people's teachers as soon as possible.

2. Through educational practice, guide students to seriously study educational science, explore educational laws in educational practice, initially understand the basic principles, methods and laws of educational management in primary schools and kindergartens, and cultivate new teachers to meet the needs of basic education and teaching reform.

3. Through educational practice, comprehensively check the school-running ideas, training specifications and curriculum of teacher education major in our school, get feedback information in time, and constantly improve teaching work and teaching quality.

(2) Internship tasks

Practical tasks include teaching practice, class teacher's work practice and educational investigation. Educational practice lasts for one semester and is arranged in the last semester of the last school year.

1. Try teaching

According to the requirements of the syllabus and the teaching plan of the teaching and research group, under the guidance of the teachers in the practice school, we will carry out the practice in the teaching links such as preparing lessons, writing teaching plans, giving lectures, listening to lectures, guiding experiments, correcting homework, tutoring after class, evaluating grades, listening to lectures, evaluating classes and writing teaching summaries. Through teaching practice, students can enhance their perceptual knowledge of teaching design, teaching methods and teaching organization, master the basic requirements and methods of each teaching link, and cultivate their ability to engage in teaching independently.

2. The work practice of the class teacher

Under the guidance of the head teacher of the internship school, according to the requirements of the school and the situation of the internship class, the class teacher's work internship plan, class collective activities, students' ideological and political education, class daily work, extracurricular activities and other activities are completed. Through the work practice of the head teacher, we have a preliminary understanding of the significance, basic contents and characteristics of the work of the head teacher, learn the basic methods of the work of the head teacher, cultivate feelings for students, guide the practical work of the head teacher by using educational scientific methods, and cultivate the ability to engage in the work of the head teacher independently.

3. Education survey

Investigate and understand the history and present situation of the practice school, the application of education and teaching concepts, teaching methods and means; Learn the advanced deeds of excellent teachers and their teaching experience; Master students' age characteristics, psychological characteristics, knowledge accumulation, ideological development and thinking ability. Through investigation and research, we can deepen our understanding of the present situation and development trend of primary and secondary schools and preschool education, deepen our understanding of educational policies, master the basic requirements and methods of writing investigation reports, and cultivate our ability to engage in investigation and research.

Second, the internship content and requirements

Teaching practice

1. Contents: attending lectures, preparing lessons, compiling teaching plans, giving lectures before class, conducting experiments, tutoring after class, correcting homework, evaluating exams and scores, organizing extracurricular learning activities, and summarizing teaching topics.

2. Specific requirements:

(1) During the internship, each intern must teach no less than 20 classes (including experimental classes), and each class must prepare a teaching plan and submit it to the instructor for review and signature three days before class. Once the teaching plan is approved, interns are not allowed to modify or change it by themselves. Those who fail to complete the minimum teaching hours will have their internship scores reduced by one grade. After the internship, interns must submit the internship teaching plan of at least 20 classes to the department (department) for inspection, which is one of the bases for evaluating interns' internship performance.
