This vein starts from the lateral Shenmai point, goes up to the posterior edge of fibula through the lateral malleolus, along the lateral thigh, through the hip hypochondrium, to the lateral shoulder, along the neck to the nasal orifice, to the corner of the eye, meets with the sun and the yin pulse, and then reaches the forehead, and cooperates with the foot with yang deficiency in the wind pool [1].
Yangqiao vein starts from the middle of heel and connects the lateral malleolus of Sanyang (Foot Taiyang, Foot Shaoyang, Foot Yangming), from the lateral abdomen to the shoulder, and from the neck to the nose, belonging to the canthus.
(1) Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian: Yangqiao Meridian starts from Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian, at Shenmai Point on the lower edge of lateral malleolus, and then goes backwards down to Shen Fu Point on the heel, straight up from Shen Fu Point on the heel, through Kunlun Point (anterior depression of tendon on the heel of lateral malleolus), Zhiyang Point and Yangfei Point, and then turns to Chengshan Point outside the back side of calf to follow the leg.
(2) The gallbladder meridian of the foot shaoyang: the impotence pulse goes up to eight inches below the end of the ventral costal cartilage, that is, the ilium side intersects with Juxiu point of the gallbladder meridian of the foot shaoyang. It goes up to the shoulder along the lateral abdomen and connects with the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming.
(3) The site of the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming: it reaches the front and lower part of the scapula and acromion (there is a depression when lifting the arm) and meets the shoulder point of the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming.
