Notice of the Office of Cixi Municipal Party Committee and the Office of the Municipal Government on Printing and Distributing the Measures for Joint Examination and Approval of the Admission Qualification of Children of Floating Population in Cixi City (No.7/KLOC-0 [2065438] of Ci Ban);
Children of migrant workers who start businesses in our city, their parents meet the following conditions:
(a) the children do not have guardianship conditions at their domicile;
(two) to obtain the "temporary residence permit" in Cixi City, Zhejiang Province for more than one year;
(3) No violation of the family planning policy;
(4) Pay basic old-age insurance or social insurance for migrant workers in Cixi according to law (continuous payment for one year or more, and continuous insurance until the assessment date, the overdue payment is invalid);
(5) Having a relatively fixed residence in Cixi (with real estate license, valid rental certificate or residence certificate);
(6) Having a stable occupation in Cixi (signing a labor contract with an employer in Cixi or obtaining a business license).
