How to understand enterprise strategic management
Management scientists believe that enterprise strategic management refers to a dynamic management process in which an enterprise determines its own mission, sets strategic objectives according to the external environment and internal conditions of the organization, formulates a plan to ensure the correct implementation and realization of the objectives, and relies on the internal capabilities of the enterprise to put such plans and decisions into practice and control them in the implementation process.

It is an integrated management theory, the highest management theory of enterprises, and the most important activity and skill of top managers of enterprises, which can improve the adaptability of enterprises to the external environment and realize sustainable development.

Generally speaking, the process of strategic management is divided into seven steps: determining enterprise mission, determining enterprise objectives, analyzing strategic situation, formulating strategy, evaluating and selecting strategy, implementing strategy and controlling and feeding back strategy.

It is a complete process, mainly including: strategic analysis, strategic choice and strategic implementation. Strategic analysis includes the analysis of environmental changes (macro and industrial structure) and their impact on the organization, the analysis of the organization's status, resources and strategic capabilities, and the analysis of the values, expectations, wishes, requirements, reactions, influences and constraints of individuals and groups related to the organization.
