Environment includes psychological environment and material environment.
1, psychological environment is the premise for children to express correctly. Children feel safe in a relaxed and harmonious environment, which allows them to have something to say and dare to say in an independent and free atmosphere. To this end, I strive to: (1) respect and accept each child's language differences. Usually, I try my best to listen to the child's speech patiently and pay attention to what the child is saying and what he wants to express. (2) For children who are not used to speaking Putonghua, our teachers should set an example for them, take the initiative to talk with them in Putonghua, encourage them to speak Putonghua boldly, supervise each other and create an environment for learning Putonghua.
In such a good psychological environment, children can gradually enrich their language, learn to listen, learn to express, accumulate experience of mutual dialogue and improve their language ability.
2. The physical environment can attract children to participate in activities and gain a lot of experience through hands-on operation and fiddling with materials. For example, create language area, operation area, art design area, scientific activity area, etc. Let children observe and choose freely, and communicate their favorite and familiar things or psychological feelings with their peers in language. For example, put desktop teaching AIDS, finger puppets, headdresses, costume props, cars, planes, trains, houses and other cards on a regular basis, so that children can practice role dialogue. In retelling the story of Golden Rooster, I designed a simple, novel and attractive finger couple, including a rooster, a fox, a cat and a thrush. Let the children practice role dialogue on their fingers and guide them to learn to express the story with tones, movements and expressions. For another example, guide children to cut off waste paper, people and scenery at home and collect them, so that children can make up interesting stories for you. These "wastes" not only become the temptation for children to participate in activities, but also become an intuitive teaching aid for children to express their words, and their oral expression ability has been significantly improved.
Second, cultivate children's good mentality.
1, "Not afraid of mistakes"
Some children are afraid to speak out their doubts and do things they have never done. The biggest worry is that they are afraid of saying the wrong thing and doing bad things, which is related to our one-sided pursuit of results in education. For example, when answering questions, some children who are eager to pursue the right answer and get the wrong answer often show indifference or even dissatisfaction. Therefore, the child who lacks courage flinched. In this regard, I do this: (1) After asking questions, I am not in a hurry to let the children answer, because at this time, the children's thinking is the most active, and they need to wait for a short time to give them time to think independently. (2) When answering questions, call the children at the lower and middle level first, not afraid of controversial answers. Controversy can stimulate children to think more, solve more problems, and children's ideas will increase. (3) In the early stage of answering questions, I kept a neutral attitude and said "I care", "I understand" and "I am very happy". (4) When making a conclusion, first affirm the questioner's attitude, praise those who have made mistakes but have a positive attitude, and let the children realize that they are wrong. As long as they use their brains actively and speak bravely, they will be fine.
2. "Dare to challenge"
In a language teaching, I told stories by looking at pictures, and finally named the pictures. After some discussion, I gathered all the people and agreed on the name "rabbit saves frog". Who knows that a child does not agree: "I have a better one, and it is better to call' Save the Frog'. People are more willing to look at pictures after hearing this name. I applauded him heartily. Usually I pay special attention to those timid children and try to create opportunities for them to perform, which is a very effective benign stimulus for them.
