First, the guiding ideology of campus legal publicity and education must keep pace with the times.

Over the past 20 years, the people's legal quality has been greatly improved, and the process of national democracy and rule of law has made great progress. Now that we have entered a new stage of the new century, we educators should also keep pace with the times.
