Chengdu No.7 Middle School Yucai School is a public junior high school in Jinjiang District, Chengdu. Its predecessor was a municipal ordinary middle school run by 1957. The name of the school has evolved several times, and it was originally named Chengdu No.35 Middle School. 1997, in order to meet the needs of the development of modern education in Chengdu, under the leadership of Chengdu Education Bureau, relying on a century-old national model high school-Chengdu No.7 Middle School, the school was renamed as Chengdu No.7 Middle School Yucai School. After more than ten years' efforts, Chengdu No.7 Yucai School has made great progress, built a new height of initial teaching value, and become the first brand of junior high school education in Chengdu and the first peak of junior high school education quality in Sichuan Province. Due to the reform of the education management system, in order to promote the balanced development of education, on June 27, 2006, Chengdu Education Bureau was formally divested and handed over to Jinjiang Education Bureau for management. On April 2013 19, Yan Tao Society of Sichuan Province officially awarded Yucai School in Chengdu No.7 Middle School the plaque of "No.1 Sichuan School in Junior Middle School", which is one of the "Top Ten Middle Schools in Chengdu".
