Jiuli Experimental School belongs to Lixian Jiuli Education Group. The school was founded by Mr. Nie Duogang, an educational hero in Lixian County, with a total investment of nearly 400 million yuan. The Group has jurisdiction over Jiuli Kindergarten, Jiuli Primary School and Jiuli Middle School, covering all periods from preschool education to nine-year compulsory education.

Lixian County, which belongs to Changde City, Hunan Province, is named after the Lishui River runs through the whole territory.
