University admission steps:
1, filing, that is, the electronic files of candidates who meet the requirements of the admission score line of our college are delivered to our college.
2. Proposed admission, that is, the college feels that the candidates meet the admission conditions and are ready for admission.
3. Admission, that is, candidates who meet the admission conditions are admitted by the institution, that is to say, they are admitted.
4. Cancellation of enrollment: the enrollment ratio of the provincial admissions offices is 1: 1. 1, and the enrollment ratio of some institutions is 1: 1.2, that is, if the enrollment plan of institutions is 100, the enrollment ratio is/kloc. Then 10 people were rejected, and the file was returned to the provincial admissions office.
File status: the file admission operation is transparent, and the file application process of each candidate (the file application process is called "track information" or "file status" on the enrollment website) can be found on the Sunshine Project. There are usually seven file states:
1, free vote: it means that the candidate's file has not been voted out or rejected by the school after being voted out. If rejected by the school, candidates can see the reasons for the last rejection.
2. The file has been submitted: it means that the Provincial Admissions Office has submitted the file to the institution, but the institution has not downloaded the file to submit information.
3. The institution is reading: it means that the institution has downloaded the bidding information and is reviewing the electronic files of the candidates. "The college is studying" does not mean that the candidate has been admitted. Under normal circumstances, the number of provincial-level recruitment offices to colleges and universities is more than the number of enrollment plans. After reading the files, colleges and universities should withdraw from the files of candidates who have not been admitted.
4. Pre-admission: refers to the fact that candidates have not been admitted to the college for various reasons, and the college has proposed to drop out from the provincial admissions office. For each candidate who withdraws from the election in advance, the college will indicate the reasons for withdrawing.
5. Pre-withdrawal: It means that the college is ready to admit candidates, and the proposed admission list has been submitted to the Provincial Admissions Office through the Internet, waiting for online registration and review by the Provincial Admissions Office.
6. Admission pending trial: It means that the list of colleges and universities to be admitted has passed the online review of the provincial recruitment office, but the admission list has not been signed and sealed by the provincial recruitment office.
7. Admission: Generally speaking, it can be said that it is basically equivalent to admission when it comes to admission.
There are four main reasons for shifting gears:
1, major has been filled in. It means that none of the majors reported by the candidates have been accepted. The reason may be that the total score of candidates is low, the corresponding subjects are low, the majors are vacant, the majors are disobedient, or the total score is low relative to the reported majors.
2. All the students in the city, county and city have been recorded. It means that the candidate's directional volunteers have not been accepted.
3. The Han nationality has a complete record. Refers to ethnic colleges and universities, the enrollment plan for Han candidates is full, and the admission of candidates is restricted.
Our school is full. It means that the candidates failed to be admitted to the school in the end, and all the places have been filled. As far as the difference between colleges and universities is concerned, it is precisely for this reason that some candidates have not been admitted.
