The manuscript of 1. 1 must be an unpublished paper in Chinese and foreign official journals. It is strictly forbidden to submit more than one manuscript (including different languages) and repeat the content many times. Once a mixed publication is found, it will be treated as a rejection, and the author unit and the members of the periodical professional Committee of China Educational Technology Association will be notified. Authors who plagiarize or contribute more than one article will not be hired within 3 years.

1.2 manuscript processing flow and results The author can inquire on the manuscript processing platform of this journal, and the author shall not send the manuscript to other places within 3 months. Personal manuscripts may take a long time to process. If the author decides to change the publication or withdraw the manuscript, please withdraw the manuscript from the manuscript processing platform before processing. We will inform the author of the decision to hire the manuscript through our special email address (if we need to "notify the manuscript", we will send it separately).

1.3 The magazine has the right to make technical and textual changes to the manuscript, and substantive changes can be made with the consent of the author.

1.4 After the paper is published, the copyright belongs to the magazine (including the copyright on the Internet).

1.5 This journal has been compiled into domestic famous databases (CNKI, Wanfang, CSSCI, etc. ). Unless otherwise specified, any contributor of this journal shall be deemed as the author's consent to the agreement reached by this journal to authorize the publication of your full-text database. If you don't agree, please explain when submitting the manuscript.

1.6. The publication fee shall be collected at the author's discretion, and 5 copies will be presented to the author in this issue.
