The 2022 freight certificate needs further education.

In 2022, the freight qualification certificate was not cancelled. As before, only the road transport license and qualification certificate of freight vehicles below 4.5 tons were cancelled. For large trucks, it is still necessary to follow the original regulations. However, in order to facilitate drivers' employment and job selection, the Ministry of Transport has reformed the qualification examination in the new regulations.

After the implementation of the new regulations, the qualification examination will no longer be conducted separately, but will be taken together with the driver's license of the corresponding model. That is to say, after the implementation of the new regulations, obtaining A2 and B2 driver's licenses will be increased by 7 hours as the content of qualification examination, and after passing the examination, a certificate of completion will be issued, and then the driver's license and certificate of completion will be used to apply for the qualification certificate.
