1. More attention should be paid to the lateness of individual students. 2. Pay more attention to teaching details. 3. The speed of the class is accelerated, and the students in the back row can't hear clearly, which will make some students enter a vicious circle. They can't hear clearly-they can't appreciate the interest of the course-they can't listen-they can't understand-they can't listen.

4. Classroom discipline control is not strict enough, and the phenomenon of playing mobile phones in class, especially in the back row, is more serious. Teachers pay more attention to the reflection of students in the front row, but ignore the listening state of students in the back row.

Second, students' classroom performance

In the process of listening to the class, the students in the class as a whole have good classroom discipline and order. There are basically no students who are absent from class, but they are late. Although there are not many late students, they still exist. Generally speaking, most students can attend classes on time and observe classroom discipline. The students sitting in the first few rows are very attentive to the class, can actively interact with the teacher, express their views and opinions, and learn more actively. Most of the students sitting in the back row are inattentive and rambling in class, fiddling with their mobile phones, winking and communicating seriously with small notes.

Three, some suggestions on further improving the quality of teaching

1. Provide more opportunities for teachers to learn and communicate.

Teaching supervision is only a means of urging and improving, which can play a certain role in improving teaching quality. However, this should not be the only means. Schools should pay more attention to providing opportunities for teachers to learn and communicate. The demonstration class held by our school last year is a good method that can be passed down.
