4. Classroom discipline control is not strict enough, and the phenomenon of playing mobile phones in class, especially in the back row, is more serious. Teachers pay more attention to the reflection of students in the front row, but ignore the listening state of students in the back row.

In the process of listening to the class, the students in the class as a whole have good classroom discipline and order. There are basically no students who are absent from class, but they are late. 1. Provide more opportunities for teachers to learn and communicate.
