Record: Zhou Haiyan, Music Monrovia, Zhu Yingli Interview: * * Interview Biography: *, graduated from the journalism department of China University of Chengchi University with a double degree in law, and is now a reporter of Economic Observer. YueYang: Hello, it's a great honor to give me this opportunity to interview you. First of all, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to accept my interview. Zhu Xiyan: Yes, you're welcome. YueYang: We know that it is difficult to find a job now, and it is even more difficult to find a good job. I want to ask you, how did you find a job? Zhu Xiyan: Simple or not? YueYang: More! Zhu Xiyan: I was a sophomore at first. In the social practice of Economic Observer, many students chose a place to print it. I think it's really to learn something better. Later, I made several articles and newspapers independently. In June 2007, I just finished the judicial examination, so he was hired by many media. All right. There are mainly two: Beijing Youth Daily and Economic Observer, who are only recommended by acquaintances who lack the concept, and have been in Beiqing for three or four months before and after recruitment. YueYang: "Well, let me ask, if you are a college major rather than a professional journalist, do you think you may become a journalist in the future?" Zhu Xiyan: Half the people in the media are not news. Some majors are easier than journalism, such as English and economics. The theme of the operation of science and technology will be deeper. YueYang: Does this mean that there are not many professional journalists in this industry? Zhu Xiyan: Yes, but more importantly, logical ability, adaptability and text control ability need to be slightly higher. Nowadays, apart from the media experience of starting a state-owned enterprise, the media can rarely wait until your interpersonal relationship grows. It must pass. YueYang: If you want to be a journalist in the future, what do you think you should do in college? Like many other industries, what certificate do you want to take? Zhu Xiyan: Don't test the card. Research based entirely on interest, but apart from some majors, some media in the system still stay at the point where CET positions require a certain number of people, and there are computer grade certificates. College level should be reading a lot of newspapers, magazines and publications, as well as classic literary works and bestsellers-so that you won't get in touch with society. Besides, you're not partial, and you're versatile. Reporter YueYang: So, what is your ideal job? Or, do you think you are interested in this industry? Zhu Xiyan: In some ways, the ideal journalist has a fuller life and better pay. Contact with high-level society is a good platform. I always think that interests, hobbies and what to do have nothing to do with work, but if your work conforms to your values, it is related to realizing self-worth. Cantona: Oh, you mentioned treatment just now. I'd like to take the liberty of asking how much you earn a month. Zhu Xiyan: Basically, the salary is very low. In 2000, the subsidy was 6700 yuan, and the hard work and royalties ranged from 3000 to 6000 yuan. Some activities cost around 2,000 yuan, and almost 6,000 yuan can be guaranteed every month. Cantona: Oh, it seems that there is even a very good job. Go! Zhu Xiyan: Yes, unless you are a state-owned enterprise or * *. Ha ha. YueYang: Being a reporter may encounter difficulties. What is the biggest challenge? Zhu Xiyan: Handle other people's requests, because you tell you the job responsibilities of a newspaper, and because you have the right to speak, many people will ask for your help. As a social person, your friends and family members will put forward the most serious and their own requirements, usually the most stringent. As reflected in the report, it will always hate these levels of control. YueYang: We know that in Kazakhstan, journalists often travel all over Kazakhstan. As a female reporter, on the one hand, you need to run around the news, on the other hand, as the main axis of the family, you need to cook for many family things. How to treat this contradiction? How do you handle the relationship between the two? Zhu Xiyan: Haha, we are all born after 80s, so we won't cook a lot of clothes for automatic washing machines all week. We can't stand the part-time job of cleaning the room and basically doing housework. Yang Le: Oh, it looks like 80 years old. I'm not cooking at home now, hehe, hehe. Do you think the journalist industry has a bright future? Is there a large demand space? Zhu Xiyan: News is immortal, but journalists rust easily. Basically, we have to change some new difficulties every year. Fresh college graduates enter the first-line media. If you have this ambition, you should pay attention to practical experience and broaden your horizons. Unless you have a plot, a journalist is not a lifelong career. I'm going to do the accumulated experience and resources for several years, and after graduation, I'll still be in the enterprise. Don't plan too hard. YueYang: I really benefited from talking to you so much today. I often hope to talk to you again. Thank you for accepting my interview. Thank you! Zhu Xiyan: You're welcome.
