We are grassroots law popularization workers, and we should carry out in-depth publicity in the spirit of keeping pace with the times; Under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, we should examine and reflect on the concept, purpose and method of legal publicity and education in order to meet the needs of the times. Now, the learning contents of the Sixth Five-Year Plan are as follows:
First, apply what you have learned and improve the legal quality.
In the process of learning, I realized that popularizing law is an inevitable requirement for cultivating and establishing honesty and abiding by the law, handling affairs according to law, fully implementing Scientific Outlook on Development, promoting the construction of socialist rule of law, building a harmonious society and building a well-off society in an all-round way.
After studying the Law on Medical Practitioners, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, and the Law on Emergency Response in People's Republic of China (PRC), I have a further understanding of my obligations as a doctor and the code of conduct that I should abide by. In the work, we should strictly regulate our thoughts and behaviors and do our work wholeheartedly; We should constantly strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge, improve our political and ideological understanding, guide our work practice with theory, and apply what we have learned; We should strive to improve our professional level, constantly hone our skills in practice, strengthen coordination and communication with our colleagues, so as to win without arrogance and lose with grace, and always maintain a positive working attitude; We should seriously study relevant laws and regulations, be familiar with the rules and regulations of the hospital, act according to the rules, behave appropriately, constantly improve the legal quality and enhance the legal awareness.
Second, establish a correct concept of popularizing the law.
Popularizing law is a great cause that benefits future generations and the present age. Its long-term, arduous and gradual nature is self-evident, especially in our country which has been immersed in feudal history for a long time. As a doctor, we should firmly establish the idea of long-term fighting, hard struggle, obscurity and perseverance, and overcome all possible quick success and pessimism.
Third, establish a scientific concept of popularizing law.
We should focus on popularizing legal knowledge to doctors and turn to cultivating students' legal awareness; We should focus on the education of fulfilling legal obligations and turn to strengthening positive legal consciousness; We should focus on legal education and turn to strengthening voluntary participation in legal practice.
In a word, this study not only helped me learn the relevant knowledge of law, but also gave me a code of conduct. Therefore, only by learning the law well can we more clearly fulfill our due obligations and protect our rights.

By studying the Law of Popularizing Laws in the Sixth Five-Year Plan, I was deeply inspired and educated, and the focus of the next step of popularizing laws was more clear, and my confidence in completing the task was more exciting. To actively and deeply study the Constitution and other laws, we should strictly follow the requirements and strive to do the following:
As a cadre in party member, I actively participated in various activities organized by the hospital, actively studied relevant laws and regulations, consciously practiced, strived to improve legal awareness, and constantly enhanced my ability to make decisions, manage and handle affairs according to law. Let me talk about my experience in learning French usage.
First, through learning, the concept of learning the usage of law has been further improved. It is an important and long-term task to improve the legal awareness of the whole people, promote the rule of law and administration, and build a socialist country ruled by law. The key to consciously study, implement and publicize the law lies in improving ideological understanding. First of all, building a socialist country ruled by law is the basic strategy of the party and the country. It is the essential requirement for civil servants to learn the usage of law to govern for the people. Administration according to law is the soul of the work of * * *, and it is the foundation and important guarantee for the normal development of all work. Secondly, it is the need of work. As medical personnel, we must fully master professional knowledge, ensure that all work is carried out in a standardized and orderly manner, and do our job well. Finally, it is the demand of self-construction. Party member cadres should first be the executors and followers of national laws. Whether the headband is good or not will directly affect the effectiveness and image of the work.
Second, through learning, the effectiveness of learning method is further guaranteed.
As a cadre in party member, learning methods is the premise of usage, but the purpose of learning methods is to use methods better. We should closely combine learning legal knowledge with doing things and working according to law.
Third, through study, further strengthen the working ability.
By participating in relevant studies, I feel that only by constantly strengthening the study of laws and regulations, especially the study and application of new laws and regulations, can we ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of our law enforcement. Administration according to law is the premise and foundation of emancipating the mind, and it is also the security guarantee of emancipating the mind. Because legal norms are instructive to the behavior of people and society, guiding people what they can do, what they can't do, what they can and can't do in practical work. Theoretically speaking, if we don't insist on administration according to law, our work will have no direction and be close to empty talk. In practice, if we don't insist on administration according to law, it may lead to the arbitrariness of civil servants in our political and legal organs, which will lead to the misunderstanding of practice. Only by constantly strengthening study, improving legal literacy and doing things according to law is the feasible way.
