Summer vacation is coming. In order to let the teachers and students have a healthy, safe, full and meaningful holiday, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows, please implement them carefully.
First of all, holiday time
During the summer vacation, the city's compulsory education schools began on July 7th, ended on August 3rd 1, and officially opened in September1. Ordinary senior high schools start on July 1 1, end on August 2 1 and officially start on August 22; According to the needs of parents, kindergartens can implement the teacher rotation system. Where busy farming holidays are given, counties and cities can adjust their holidays according to actual conditions. Ordinary high school graduates can shorten their holidays appropriately, but not less than half.
Second, the job requirements
(1) Strengthen safety education and safety management. Before the holiday, schools should take various forms of safety education for students according to their age characteristics to prevent accidents such as drowning, fire, electric shock, lightning strike, abduction, robbery, trampling, traffic accidents, food poisoning and infectious diseases, effectively enhance the safety awareness of primary and secondary school students and improve their ability to prevent safety accidents. At the same time, all localities should conduct a comprehensive safety inspection of school buildings, equipment and facilities and projects under construction, implement safety precautions, and eliminate potential safety hazards. It is necessary to do a good job on duty during holidays, deal with problems in time, and report to superiors at the first time.
(2) Do a solid job in reducing the burden of primary and secondary school students during holidays. All counties and urban areas should conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the state, province and city, and effectively reduce the excessive academic burden of primary and secondary school students. All primary and secondary schools should arrange summer homework scientifically and reasonably, and it is strictly forbidden to organize students to attend classes collectively. On-the-job teachers shall not organize or participate in any form of paid tutoring activities. Schools and kindergartens may not jointly or lease school buildings to institutions organized by social forces to run cram schools. Education administrative departments and schools at all levels should give corresponding punishment or punishment to units and individuals who violate the regulations.
(3) Strengthen the holiday ideological education of primary and secondary school students. All localities should guide parents to earnestly fulfill their guardianship responsibilities, guide parents to educate their children on honesty and trustworthiness and mental health, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, stay away from bad temptations such as "pornography, gambling, drugs and pornography", abide by the law and be civilized citizens. At the same time, schools in all compulsory education stages should do a good job in controlling holiday dropout and take targeted measures to prevent students from dropping out of school.
(4) Scientifically arrange students' summer life. All primary and secondary schools should scientifically guide students' holiday life and encourage students to actively participate in social practice activities. It is necessary to strengthen ties with families and communities, and organize theme education activities in places such as youth extracurricular activity centers, libraries and gymnasiums to enrich students' holiday life. We should care about left-behind children in rural areas and let students experience the happiness of summer vacation.
(5) Strict enrollment management. Schools around the country should strictly follow the relevant policies and regulations of the state, province and city, strictly manage the enrollment work, and maintain the order of enrollment work. It is necessary to focus on the enrollment of urban compulsory education schools and properly arrange for the children of migrant workers to attend. It is necessary to further improve the enrollment mechanism, set up supervision and reporting telephones, and resolutely put an end to all kinds of illegal and disciplinary enrollment behaviors.
Third, submit materials.
Before June 20th, the municipal special education schools and kindergartens will report the autumn enrollment plan to the Department of Basic Education, study and formulate the enrollment implementation plan in accordance with the requirements of relevant policies, and properly do the enrollment work.
